I have the bigrock and i love it, because is a monstertruck that can drift😊,i gonna buy the kraton too.
I do have them both and the Kraton is the superior driving vechile. Faster and quieter.
Although I have to say, the BigRock is awesome as well. These two vechiles have been my two favorite rc's that I have ever owned. The toughest part is deciding which one to drive on any given day. I do own the Maxx v2 version as well and that is a great truck in it's own right but if we are talking about the Sledge, that vechile does not light a candle to the BigRock or new Kraton EXB. Worst driving vechile I have ever driven. Given that this new MAXX Slash uses that same 6s ESC/motor combination my thoughts are that it might not drive much better but I guess we will see.

Tires and shocks make the most difference . Stance , width and length and weight . You already know 👍. Just like cars . I think the kraton is great out of box . I just want another option for the tires . Maybe get them belted ones with the snake name and some 4s backflips and keep the copperheads but there again . One set should be sufficient to cure my RC needs atm . I definitely want to try some belted in parking lot

I'm interested in the Kraton EXB with all the upgrades, but the Big Rock looked like it was more fun to drive, at least in the area you were running these trucks. I think it would be cool to see you run the Big Rock and Outcast 8S back to back in this park.
I am working on something very similar to that I think you might like that stay tuned its coming
Too bad big rock didn’t come as EXB think they rushed to release it
I don't agree. EXB is for bashing and I think they wanted to differentiate between drifting, trailing and light bashing with the Big Rock, and skate park, full send bashing on the Kraton. Not everyone wants wheelies and backflips.

I did the drywall mesh tape and shoegoo on my exb kraton body before I even drove it. Definitely helps. Do you think that big rock body might possibly fit with a wing removal and minimal mods on kraton?
The big rock can use some tape on the back end around the bumper so far my Kraton body is fine except some rash on tbe roof. You would need to change the front shock tower and add the clipless mount and add a mount to the rear as its a little longer it will probably look weird as the tires wont line probably not hard to do but why? Its a nice body nothing I would really want on an exb basher.

I either use 2 Spectrum 3s 5000 mah 100c packs or the Gens ace 6s1p 6s 6800 mah 120c pack
I seen spektrum has 3s 5000 mah 50c what is the difference between 50c and 100c ? And can I run 50c ?
@@wolfysoto you can no problem c is like the punch the battery has so the higher the c rating the more it has to give it helps with air control, getting off the line faster and little more top speed.

L2 , have you tried the 4s backflips ? I’m not sure what other tire to get but I want better handling than the copperhead 2 s which I think are big at times. Great for dirt and grass
Sorry no I have not I pretty kept these stock I like the way they drive. I have my forst set of belted that came on the maxx slash and I am not a fan at all. Sorry I dont have much experience with tires they are so dang expensive to play around with I just deal with the way the r runs

I went with the Big Rock. Loving it. Saving for the 8s Outcast next.
I enjoy it you can turn the punch level.up to 7 and it will wheelie no problem really wakes it up
It’s a bird, it’s a plane, no it’s a Kraton 😂😂 they sure do soar through the air! Such a fun truck I personally like the Kraton but they are both awesome trucks !! This Kraton is the truck I’m saving up for, it’ll take a long while but it seems like the perfect all around truck.
You can consider the 4s as well its less expensive to buy and a cheaper battery its a very capable rc I haver a video on i as well its a surprisingly fast and capable basher just a thought thanks for watching and the comment

What I mean in that is it was like my therapy it allowed me to just get away from all the problems of the world for a little bit I don’t know I just would love to see other people, enjoy it too and I think it’s a great idea to have an extra car with you for others to try! once I’m able to get more cars and trucks I’ll be doing the same!

I’m torn between the Big Rock and Kraton EXB, one day I feel Kraton next day I feel Big Rock. I love the Kraton for its value, upgrades, radio etc, and I love the Big Rock for the driving style and less prone to wheelie. 😁😬
Thank you I am glad you liked the video. On your Kraton bump the punch level down. Its set at 6 I would go down 1 at a time until you get the desired effect you want and you can do this without a programmer although it makes life easier. I turned the punch up on the big rock and now it wheelies easily. That's the whole deal with that setting is how hard do you want it to take off you can dial in your rc as you want. I would still get a 6s they are so much fun. 😁

Hi ..to help you out with your Kraton V2 4s ..what I did to stop the wheeling to much is make your front diff little more thicker in fluids than the rear diff ..I used 125,000 diff fluid for front and 60,000 in rear diff ..works great ..tames the truck down alot and gives more pull
Thanks so much, really appreciate it. I'm definitely going to do that. I just converted my V2 slipper gear to the V2.5 Centre diff and already it is slightly better. So I think if I put 125,000 in the front it should run nicely. @@brian7316

Both are great rigs. The body on the Big Rock is super clean looking. It's like you need a backup body for it. A new body is a bit expensive but for the quality it's well worth it. The Kraton 6s is an awesome basher as long as you avoid those roots. lol Great demonstration of the performance of both.
I know I hate to have the body on it because it looks so good they both act different and thats good thank you for the comment and watching

The more closely you look at them the EXB has a lot more upgrades. Even tho they may seem very similar they are not especially with this version 2 EXB.

You know the Big Rock has an ESC problem it brakes on its own when you do X-Treme bashing. Causing it to brake in Mid Air check it out.
You know that's been fixed for a while now? And all cars shipped have the new software Its non issue anymore the Kraton has the same esc the box was opened before it was shipped new software installed

I believe If I was going to buy one I would get the Kraton over the Big Rock. I would get a proline body for it with slides for the roof and hood area. I would also buy some better tires for it as well Mud Tires are a must around here. I agree Power Sliding is very fun. I like smaller jumps with less air time as well. The Mega Jumps that destroys my $700 Arrma is not cool to me. I would rather not have any damage from bashing. The EXB package on the Kraton makes it way more durable and one can get bigger air safely with it. I liked the video and your insights about what is best base on the drivers wants. Enjoyed watching with the morning cup of Joe.
Got to have that hot cup of Joe! I dont like mega jumps I am not into breaking my stuff for views. The Kraton is the jumper the Big Rock is the cruiser but they are both fun I want people to know what they are getting so they are not disappointed its all about having fun.
The problem with the Sledge it doesn’t give any fun Driving it! I have The K6 EXB and i’m gonna get the Big Rock for sure!
I will disagree with that the Sledge is a blast its ok we can disagree thats why we have so many options the Big Rock is fun as well I really like the way it drives like the Felony but can off road and jump Happy rc'ing thank you for watching and the comment

depends on your driving style if you like to ground run small jumps you want to run on pavement and like to power slide the big rock, if you want to skate park bash and like to take big jumps the Kraton is the better choice @@tuncayozarac1206

no point for this truck... they could have just added a new body for the kraton and it be the same... maybe if it had shorter arms or it was a monster truck like the savage it would have been much better!
