She actually appreciates this feeling because it reminds her that she continues to have a lot of respect for what she does. ♥️
So what does she do when the nerves set in?
She sprays on a lot of perfume. 😂
Cristina says she’s not exactly sure why she does this but that it has a sensory element to it.
The other part of her pre-performance ritual is to give thanks and kiss her hand then place it on the stage before going out.
