Their last albums weren't anything like Black Keys or White Stripes, this is fuzzy and loud and well produced, that's the comparison. This is fucking cool though.

What do you mean "not very original"? I think they are more original than the black keys or the white stripes. They definitely have a more underproduced sound than either the Black Keys or The White stripes... They are probably my favorite band right now. But, whatever keeps people like you out of their shows. I like going to their shows because I meet cool people and they are nice and small shows. I've seen them twice now and there was less than 100 people at each show.
You're only making black keys references cause it's two guys. I get the white stripes, but this is very different from the black keys.
This is a good band, I like em. But your comment about them being about before black keys and white stripes is wrong. White Stripes started in 97, and Black Keys in 2001. Two Gallants, 2002. I'm not suggesting they've stole anything, I'm just saying your history is a little screwy. I don't think they really sound like either to be honest.
The Black Keys meet The White Stripes at Kurt Cobains funeral, it's good but not very original.
