I have the stage 2 torque cam on my 2020 Street Glide with the 107. I couldn’t believe the difference. I’m not going stage 3 or stage 4. I just don’t need what those options offer. I wanted something that would give me a little extra torque for passing. The stage 2 did just that. I’m running Reinhardt 4” on mine.
Good summary...I've got a similar set up on 2017 RK...Went all S&S with breather, 2 into 1 S&S exhaust, and 475 Cam about 2 years ago. Without head work or big bore kit, the cam and stage 2 is the best bang for the buck you can get in performance. It also sounds awesome, i get compliments all the time. M8 is extremely reactive to bolt on mods and cam is way to go. Good info on your part, I like your channel my friend!!
I think the bike turned out really nice. I have always been a Thunderheader guy, but that Vance&Hines pipe sounds badass. And great point about the cam. It makes a huge difference in sound.
John I know I've already said this but man that's a pretty bike. Your power and torque numbers really put my cam upgrade to shame. Dave told me it was the exhaust system I used. Live and learn then consult Dave before buying!!!
I have a stock 107 on my 2018 RK Special and love it!! Plenty of power more than the cops in my area will allow me to go cus u can only go the speed limit. If u want a race bike get a crotch rocket, but still u can only go the speed limits posted on the signs. Enjoy and be happy with what u have folks and stop spending money unnecessarily. Save your money and put it towards buying another bike. That's a great bike and u should hold on to it and as u said it will probably be a collector one day just like the old FXR's. And regardless thanks for taking the time to make the video my friend stay safe and ride safe.
Look for a Low Rider S touring when released in January. FXRT style fairing with bags is a rumor. That is what they should have done in the first place.
I've seen one guy who bought one, he loves it, just stock. I bought the 2020 Softail Standard, with the tour package and a Stage 1 upgrade, and I cant wait till next Spring!! I think the Milwaukee 8 is a great power plant, and the Softtail platform kicks ass with it!
I love this video so much thank you so much I love this video I was crying before i watched this video but i have now watched it and am no longer crying its so beautiful thank you
The bike looks & sounds great - at the Softail's size/weight, more power really is not needed. I'm curious about the ergonomics. You looked a bit cramped leaning forward to reach those bars.
Ha John I've been watching your Chanel for a few months now down here in Oz. Your sport glide build inspired me to put a deposit on a new Sport glide today.Looking forward in seeing Silverbacks finished mate👍 Martin
That sounds great, I Have a 2019 FXLR 107 with HDSE Stage 2. Hi Flow intake manifold and breather, Street Cannons, Torque Cam and the Smart Tune PRO Automatic Tuning Module with the wide band O2 sensors. Dino’d out at 97 HP with 104 Torque. The torque is nearly flat across the RPM range, yep you can feel it twisting the throttle…
The bike sounds great. I the 360 camera doesn't make the bike look as good as Silverback, lol, but that pro pipe looks sick on that machine. Totally agree about if you want that HD sound and more hp gonwith the Stage 2 and get it tuned. I've done that with my last 3 bikes and I've loved all of them. Nice hat, cheers, 😎😎😎
I have a ‘21 Sport Glide and am torn between a stage 1 & a stage 2. What is the cost roughly between the two options. I understand there are several possibilities and combinations.
Shaaaa-Weeeeet thumper. I'm new to the Biker and the Harley culture. I went straight for my dream bike. And came to the conclusion that I could build a better Harley than Harley. So on my bench is Beast Mode in construction, waiting to get on my shop's schedule. WoodXE cam with EZ pushrods. S&S plate, pump, ⛓tensioner, tappets and cuffs. Trask Assault air cleaner with external breather, and CheckM8 Trans cover. TBR 2-into-1 Turnout. I had to get 12" rise 2" diameter bars after the Saddlemen Explorer with backrest install. I'm am not a Bagger but brothers like you make it hard not to wonder about it. And I always seem to end up on your channel. This give-a-way bike is an awesome transformation. Go big or go 🏡 OBTW, I got that same jacket from the lawyer segment. I got a killer deal at 40% off, but it was still steep for off the shelf. Harley knows it has max-cool factor. In Florida I get to use the vents...lol. My bike will be the Beast it looks like. 2020 Fat Boy 114 🦅 of a 🪶 🪨 2-gether (SS/SW/MTS) USN, Ret.
I have a '19 RK that I've added a heavy breather with S&S headers and exhaust with a tuner. I'm ready to add a cam for added power and get a dyno on it.
The bike looks and sounds great. Love the Stage II and what it can do for the 107. The exhaust sounds phenomenal. I’ll be putting a V&H pipe in my HD when I get it. All the best.
Stage 2 is a Screaming Eagle package using Screaming Eagle parts not aftermarket parts. What you have is not stage 2. 107 is a nice engine big bore short stroke gets you moving
Bro, Stage 2 just indicates Exhaust, Intake and Cam. Stage 1 indicates Exhaust and Intake, Stage 3 includes bigger jugs. Stage 4 is everything plus a larger Throttle Body. It has nothing to do with Harley as OEM.
I know this is a old video but im trying to figure out if this is the pro pipe with the pcx system or without? I ordered a pro pipe not knowing it came with a pcx system now and im wondering how much it will affect my hp/tq gains when i got stage 2 with this pipe.
It sounds sensational, love the coffee cup holder. Question, how does the handling of the Sport Glide compare to the Street Bob? Currently looking at both bikes.
Thank you . very nice ya yea . it reminds me of my 09 fxds . olmost nicer than the low rider s. Becose some details like the even size saddle bags .. It sounds power !! Ya . it think i will be getting a low rider s can't beat the 117 . i also trided a done up fat bob with 114 . and love that one too . like power and hadling like you too . we both mario andretti like. 😍
What year is this Sport Glide, I thought Harley Davidson discontinued this last year. I know in UK Harley is still making the Sport Glide. I'm shocked.....
The bike looks and sounds amazing John!! The only thing stopping me to enter for the chance to win this bike is because I live overseas? Would you ship overseas? Nick
Vinnie again, I have a 2019 sport glide and enjoy it! Klockwerks windshield comes in only 8”. With no helmet on does the wind, bugs go over your head?? I am 5’9”. And have just a stage one!
Gearing means a lot as far as how much power you 'feel'. Both my cousin & I thought my stage 1 107 Road King felt like it had more Tq off idle than his 114 Low Rider S (which felt like it had more top end HP). Turns out my RK is geared lower, just like Spoty 883s & 1200s. My 883 with a 1200 kit was faster than my buddy's 48 1200 all because of the gearing. I wonder if all the 107 M8s are geared lower? If they are, they'll feel even more stout than a stock 114. I'm not sure I'll ever do a big bore kit when a cam/cam plate/oil pump upgrade might be just enough. 100+Hp & 119Tq is no joke.
Just remember that gearing it for quicker acceleration absolutely takes away from top end and where it sits in RPM range while cruising. It will make the bike more "snappy" and more dependent on being in the right gear than say leaving it in 4th and just pulling through everything.....hope that made sense..LOLZ
Hi John... im running the same set up on a 2022 Australian model Sport Glide ... 475ss V&H rouge air & pro pipe stock baffle etc Dyno tuned getting 111hp and 109 ft p.... just a question was your set up very fumey mine is very fuely on exhaust fumes ....ie seems very rich....
My 2014 FLSTF103 stage to (done by Harley) has a noticeably more robust smell emanating from it versus my 2020 FLTRXS which is stock… But the fltrxs is in the shop to have her smell rectified to stage2 zippers 472, bassani, cheap filter upgrade licd tune.
in the past...most people that went big... ..ended up having created a short hauler cause it's always developing problems.. it otherwise wouldn't have had they stopped at the 3..by that I mean cam air filter exhaust...beyond that they created multiple problems for a street bike...heat vibration stress strain...(starter issues)...so it was back to the shop for compression releases...just how quick you want to get to your states speed limit is up to you...so it really boils down to how reliable is a hot rodded harley....and how much disposable income you have to find out...as for me for my Shovelhead 93ci for my Evo 96ci anything over those numbers engine life is mighty short...insert sinister laughter here....bwa-ha-ha-ha....
Makes me want to add a stage two to my sportglide. Sounds amazing.
I have a 2020 Sport Glide with a Cobra 909 exhaust with the powerflo intake. "Nimble" is the best description for this machine. Great job on video.
Good summary...I've got a similar set up on 2017 RK...Went all S&S with breather, 2 into 1 S&S exhaust, and 475 Cam about 2 years ago. Sounds really good! Good example of what you can get out of a 107.
John I know I've already said this but man that's a pretty bike. Your power and torque numbers really put my cam upgrade to shame. Dave told me it was the exhaust system I used. Live and learn then consult Dave before buying!!!

Now I miss my 18 Sport Glide….you did that bike well John. Good stuff.
Sounds good. I’m still surprised they are stopping this model. It’s kinda like a smaller bagger. I’m sure they know better than I do.

Sounds awesome. It's amazing the power you can get out of a M8.
Contemplating what pipes to have when I get my stage 1, and the Pro Pipes sound great with the chrome look for sure. Decision made I think. 👌
Bike sounds great. I use the same cup holder and when I get my cup of joe for work I use a 320z thermo the cup holder holds it great and tight.
Running weight of this bike stock is 699 lbs. definitely you have made it one sweet cruiser !👍
Bike looks and sounds great. Good build!
I love this video so much thank you so much I love this video
I was crying before i watched this video but i have now watched it and am no longer crying its so beautiful thank you
Sounds great 👍🏻 Silverback he’s got to come back ASAP not the same without them
I love the sound of those pipes.well done

Wow that sounds awesome even on my cellphone. Love to do this on my RG.
The Bike sounds wicked. I will do a stage 2 on my Road Glide at some point. My RG has the 107

Sounds great. Love the sound of the those pipes. Black flush mount fuel caps would look great on that bike.
I have a '19 RK that I've added a heavy breather with S&S headers and exhaust with a tuner. I'm ready to add a cam for added power and get a dyno on it.
Those motors LOVE this dry, cool weather man....best that bike will run is right now! Sounds SWEET although I am sure its even more throaty in person.
My advice is to leave it just like it is
I got the same cup holder and phone holder in the same spots lol!
Great video, I have a 20 sport glide stage one and trying to decide between th e 465 and 475 s&s any preference??
Love the bike! Wouldn't mind having one just to get around town on. GR8 video! Keep up the GR8 vids!
The bike looks and sounds great. Love the Stage II and what it can do for the 107. The exhaust sounds phenomenal. I’ll be putting a V&H pipe in my HD when I get it. All the best.
sounds good....but lot of clicking in audio
keep this up and you wont want Silverback back...LOL
John give us some idea on price for the stage 2 job, I have a 21 road glide limited, and would like to get a stage 2 upgrade. BTW GREAT VIDEOS !
Good videos but you take up 50% of the screen . The bike is the subject or are you ?
Happy holidays to you and your family
That side camera angle 👍🏻🔥🇺🇸

By chance do you know if the build included springs and valves with the 475 cam ??
I know this is a old video but im trying to figure out if this is the pro pipe with the pcx system or without? I ordered a pro pipe not knowing it came with a pcx system now and im wondering how much it will affect my hp/tq gains when i got stage 2 with this pipe.

Very nice. Sounds really good 👍
Sounds great, agreed....sounds like a big block!
Is bike giveaway promotion available to fans outside the USA. Thanks
Still sold in Europe, I’ve just brought 2022 UK 🇬🇧❤️
Hey brotha what rpm do you usually ride with that cam
Thank you . very nice ya yea . it reminds me of my 09 fxds . olmost nicer than the low rider s. Becose some details like the even size saddle bags .. It sounds power !! Ya . it think i will be getting a low rider s can't beat the 117 . i also trided a done up fat bob with 114 . and love that one too . like power and hadling like you too . we both mario andretti like. 😍

I really like the sound of this bike.
The bike looks and sounds amazing John!! The only thing stopping me to enter for the chance to win this bike is because I live overseas? Would you ship overseas?
Nick
Thats the best sounding M8 I've ever heard. Stage 2 is just intake, cam, exhaust & tune? Is that a California compliant upgrade?
Vinnie again, I have a 2019 sport glide and enjoy it! Klockwerks windshield comes in only 8”. With no helmet on does the wind, bugs go over your head?? I am 5’9”. And have just a stage one!
I like bike!!
Sounds great bub..
Sounds good. What's that yellow light on the dash?
Cruse control, yellow is stand by!
Okay
Thank you.
Hey Bro, did You change from stock spark plugs with the stage 2 upgrades?
so when i win this bike as well, are taxes included? 😁 sweet ride ! sounds good !
@@CYCLEFANATIX i'll make ya a deal you pick me as the winner and i'll go in half with ya 🤨😁🤙🏽
just curious if you thought about the 465 cam, or glad you got the 475?
I’ve tried a lot of them, and the 475 works for me
Am I over thinking it? Are they incredibly similar?

would you have copy of the AFR graph numbers to share
How much did you pay for the cam install/tune?
Hi John... im running the same set up on a 2022 Australian model Sport Glide ... 475ss V&H rouge air & pro pipe stock baffle etc Dyno tuned getting 111hp and 109 ft p.... just a question was your set up very fumey mine is very fuely on exhaust fumes ....ie seems very rich....

You always ride with your high beams on?
Are you doing any more mods to road king
in the past...most people that went big...

It’s a beautiful bike
Way more hp way more problems
🚬😎
Bike is as nice as that hat you’re wearing
Those highway pets look ridiculous. Like you're spread eagle on a trip to your gynecologist
