Celebrating their one-year wedding anniversary, Scheana and husband Brock are struggling to connect as they leave the honeymoon stage and settle into their life with a toddler. Scheana works on new music as a way to express herself. She finds herself straddling the lines in the sand within the group as she navigates her relationships with her longtime friends, and feuding exes, Ariana and Tom.
In the aftermath of a scandal that changed his romantic relationships, dynamics within the group and the success of his businesses, Sandoval is working on bettering himself. In a fragile state, he focuses on repairing the foundations of his friendships. I don’t normally talk about Billie Lee because I know everyone trashes her however, she needs to absolutely stop talking negative about Ariana. She forgets that Ariana is the only female cast mate that would even speak to her!
Also, Sandoval needs to stop lying and saying he offered Ariana “top dollar” for the house, which he didn’t!🙄
He also forgets to mention the loan on the house he took out for the bar, ariana signed for that with him so that'll be cut from whatever price he's offering. I think she's right, sell it and each take an even share is the nicest move she can make. She could drag this out for years and years if she was petty. He wants the big old house and Ariana can get a small place somewhere. I mean Shwartz and Katie did it and it was fine, the difference is Sandoval doesn't want less of a house, he wants the big party house because he's 12

When Arianna and her lawyers responded to him with the full market value, Tom and his lawyers didn't respond so now she's taking him to court about it.
