    ‘Frothy’ is a beer. ‘Hooroo’ is goodbye, never hello. ‘Come a guster’ should be ‘come a gutsa’, which is to have a relatively minor accident, usually off ya ‘treadlie’ (see also; ‘have a stack’ or ‘have a prang’, which refer to a more severe accident)

    "Come a Guster" was misspelt, the "s" and "t" are the wrong way around and the word is "Gutser" not "Guster".
    And "Come a Gutser" means to take a heavy fall, it's the same as the term "Come a Cropper"

    Doovalaky. She's holding a doovalaky in her hands. It's some contraption or inanimate object. It's the same as a thingamajig or a whatsamicallit.
    Dog's Eye is rhyming slang. It's a meat pie.
    Reg Grundies is also rhyming slang. Means undies (so she got it right inadvertently).
    Come a gusta means to have made a mistake. If you were looking at a shelia and pranged your ute into a dunny (porto loo) then you've come a gusta.

      Since all the cockneys that were transported or immigrated. Our language is based on British English, along with all it's regional accents (with bits of Aboriginal, German, Italian etc etc) Also, rhyming slang is fun imho.

      lol...the other day I was reading that aussies and argentinians are very much alike, they both deformed their original language (english and spanish respectively) so much that they speak a very different languange and despite you can pretty much survive by speaking the base language, there are tons of local terms you'll never understand. And they both swear a lot too hahaha

    Fair dinkum - in short, it means true / accurate / legitimate
    Doovalacky - miscellaneous item
    Pash - french kiss
    Frothies - this one hurt me the most when she got it wrong. A frothie is a beer
    Dag - unfashionable
    Last but not least, it's not come a guster, it's come a gutsa. It means to have an accident / trip over, that sorta thing.
