If you mount the hammer mechanism backwards (simply rotate it) and flip the brass hammer lock in Trigger mechanism, you would be able to hit a forward facing valve on a butt stock mounted HPA, if you don't want your HPA under the barrel like is typical, correct?

Hi, I think he made it out of stainless steel tubes, bronze/stainless steel bars, and a pair of common springs.
For the tools (at least the ones that I can see) he used normal drills, a grinder and something we in Latin America call "Macho", which is used to make screw threads.
