You need pay some few weeks to the interview. It can be done 6 days to the interview just to allow some days for it to reflect. Actually, it reflects within 1-2hours of payment if it is paid at Walgreens or Kroger as I know.

The western union method is ok to use and you can’t pay the amount online. The SEVIS FEE can only be paid in the US to the best of my understanding. So just reach out to someone in the US to make the payment for you.

I indicated that SEVIS is mostly paid in the U.S. , you can only pay online in few countries and I only know of Hong Kong.
