Seized Coil Winding Machine Restoration

In this video, I take on the challenge of restoring an old, rusty motor coil winding machine to its former glory. Watch the entire restoration process as I disassemble the machine, tackle the rust, and bring it back to life step by step.
*Steps Covered:*
1. *Disassembly:* I start by carefully disassembling the coil winding machine, which is not only covered in rust but also has a completely stuck mechanism.
2. *Rust Removal:* All rusty gears and handles are soaked in a rust remover for 5 hours. After that, I use a wire wheel to remove any remaining rust.
3. *Black Oxide Application:* To protect the gears and handles from future rusting, I apply a black oxide coating.
4. *Body Restoration:* The machine's main body is stripped of its old paint using a paint remover. I then apply a primer and finish it off with a striking red metallic color.
5. *Nickel Plating:* I nickel plate all the shafts to ensure durability and a sleek look.
6. *Reassembly:* After restoring all parts to their pristine condition, I reassemble the machine.
7. *Final Test:* Finally, I demonstrate the fully restored machine in action by winding some coils.
