It's attention to detail if the remake of 3 came out then the remake of 2 came out. Doing it the other way round, it just feels like the remake of 3 is trying to make things in the remake of 2 make sense. I think if anything this is trying to tie the games together so fans can feel the stories connect more than attention to detail.
Finally we know that Claire A/Leon B is the canon scenario. Carlos finds Leon's uniform in the Guard room, where Leon B starts. Like it was always meant to be in the original.

That alone is contradicted since there's no uniform found in the main hallway whatsoever. Which means Leon B is the prefered/canon choice because Leon got that uniform from that locker. Also the fact that Carlos pointed it out indicating that someone would eventually found it and wore it.

When Jill saw the capsules of the tyrants, leon left racoon city a day before. Leon and clair left Sept 30. Jill escaped October 1st. October is when she found umbrella facility and escaped. Awesome video though!

She lived in racoon city, she was impacted by the first wave of it. Eventually, leon arrives with clair a day later during the heat of the epidemic. Leon even mentions in RE2 to the cop that he got a message saying to stay away from racoon city. Leon ignored it and came anyway. Eventually the time line crosses paths but Jill gets sick at some point and she is knocked out for hours. Some say half a day and she awakes on oct 1st early morning. It can be like 3am. Leon and clair already escaped the day before. Tyrant is already killed. There was multiple umbrella facilities in racoon city all connecting with eachother in some way. If anyone wants to hop in and tell me if I'm wrong go ahead but this is what I think and going by what I played. So the same day when jill was knocked out that's when leon and clair escaped. So in conclusion Leon and Clairs story takes play in the middle of jills story. Not the beginning and not the end. Only a big chunk in the middle haha. I'm trying my best here to explain lol The nemesis mission was to only take out star members. The tyrants mission was to take out everything it saw and other people that had info against umbrella lol. That's how I see it. Nemesis was made more powerful because the stars members were elite soldiers. That's why they didn't send out the tyrant after them because with studies of the first game, they knew how strong jill and the star members were.

Nemesis was obviously sent to hunt down any remaining S.T.A.R.S. members that could still be alive on the city, but the secondary reason for him to be there, was that he was a prototype Tyrant, and Umbrella wanted to know how it would fare against a well trained group of elite soldiers (just remembering, Nemesis is an T-103 enhanced with the NE-Alpha Parasite, to preserve most of the Tyrant intelligence). It didn't really mattered if Nemesis killed all or none of the S.T.A.R.S., as Umbrella could just send in another Tyrant/Paramilitary force to eliminate them in the future. Sure, the remaining S.T.A.R.S. were a problem, but Umbrella was fairly sure they would catch them one moment or another.
I'm starting to understand this now. Nemesis was programmed to hunt S.T.A.R.S | While the Tyrant/Mr. X hunts for REMAINING SURVIVORS. So the Nemesis won't bother Leon Or Clair. But, Mr. X can bother Leon, Claire, Carlos, Jill, etc. 😳 (THEY WERE ALL THERE THAT SAME NIGHT)

RE3 started to happen first, and then happened to RE2. Jill and Carlos performed the mission on September 28. Jill was accidentally infected with virus during the mission. Then, Carlos took her to the hospital. When Jill entered the hospital, it was already September 29, but she slept in the hospital for 2 days, which was 29 and 30. It didn't get up until October 1. Jill and Carlos leave raccoon city together on October 1st. September 29 and 30 are when Leon and Claire are performing their mission. Raccoon City will be destroyed on October 1st.

RE3 remake is just as long if not longer than Leon's(or Claire's) campaign. The only reason you think it's longer is cause it has 2 characters. But if you look closely, they're basically in the same areas (rpd, sewer, NEST).

RE8 is first person, and is relatively close from RE7. They're gonna add more monsters (like cults in RE4). Theyy also said, they're gonna do major changes in the series, making RE8 mostly drift off from the franchise. Got this from IGN. I really hope they would continue the lore established in RE. But I like to think they intentionally left his death open so they can bring him back in a future RE game, maybe RE8 or Revelations 3. Man, how awesome would it be to have somebody combine all of the cutscenes from both RE2 and RE3 in chronological order and make them into this one big three hour movie. This idea alone could be ten times better than the RE live action movies.
It's great bro, I know how hard it to piece together all of this scenes, it's marvelous. It's always kind of baffled me how Jill and Leon never met each other, despite in the raccoon city at the same time, as well as Both were in R. P. D.
Well from what you can gather Jill and all the members of S.T.A.R.S. were disbanded and Jill was just there waiting to go somewhere else so it's quite possible that Kendo didn't think to ask cuz he was aware that Jill wasn't really working with the RPD anymore.
Well Kendo might be not strong enough to confront Jill since they are friends. During RE2 maybe Kendo was depressed due Ada's attempt to kill her daughter so it lead Kendo to say such thing.
Love the attention to detail! Since they have the layout of Raccoon City in perfect sequence, the could easily apply it to make a remake of the RE Outbreak games.

It’s cool to see the differences as the time Jill escapes her apartment, the outbreak is in full swing, there’s people running and screaming, things left in a hurry. Compared to Leon’s late arrival a day or two after, where mostly everyone is dead, it’s so much more quieter and ominous.

True, but RE2make's continuity is kind of a mess. The same things happen in both scenarios, with only real divergence being the start.

When Jill saw the capsules of the tyrants, leon left racoon city a day before. Leon and clair left Sept 30. Jill escaped October 1st. October is when she found umbrella facility and escaped.

@@hasanyanuar8382 I'm sure you already played the game, so I don't have to get into too much detail. When Leon and Clair arrived in Racoon city, Jill was already out there doing her own thing. She lived in racoon city, she was impacted by the first wave of it. Eventually, leon arrives with clair a day later during the heat of the epidemic. Leon even mentions in RE2 to the cop that he got a message saying to stay away from racoon city. Leon ignored it and came anyway. Eventually the time line crosses paths but Jill gets sick at some point and she is knocked out for hours. Some say half a day and she awakes on oct 1st early morning. It can be like 3am. Leon and clair already escaped the day before. Tyrant is already killed. There was multiple umbrella facilities in racoon city all connecting with eachother in some way.
If anyone wants to hop in and tell me if I'm wrong go ahead but this is what I think and going by what I played.
So the same day when jill was knocked out that's when leon and clair escaped.
So in conclusion Leon and Clairs story takes play in the middle of jills story. Not the beginning and not the end. Only a big chunk in the middle haha. I'm trying my best here to explain lol
The nemesis mission was to only take out star members. The tyrants mission was to take out everything it saw and other people that had info against umbrella lol. That's how I see it. Nemesis was made more powerful because the stars members were elite soldiers. That's why they didn't send out the tyrant after them because with studies of the first game, they knew how strong jill and the star members were.
@@Wolf-xb8bo you are right, and just to complement: The T-103 Tyrant sent to the RPD was tasked with a fairly simple mission: Hunt and kill all survivors in the RPD, mainly key people that could compromise Umbrella if they escaped the city (Ex: police chief Brian Irons, who was in Umbrella's payroll, and Ben Bertolucci, the reporter on the prison cells, that was investigating Umbrella on the city before the outbreak).
Nemesis was obviously sent to hunt down any remaining S.T.A.R.S. members that could still be alive on the city, but the secondary reason for him to be there, was that he was a prototype Tyrant, and Umbrella wanted to know how it would fare against a well trained group of elite soldiers (just remembering, Nemesis is an T-103 enhanced with the NE-Alpha Parasite, to preserve most of the Tyrant intelligence). Nicholai, the mercenary sent by Umbrella alongside the U.B.C.S. was also secretly tasked with the mission to monitor bioweapons on the city, record them fighting against people/ law enforcement/ U.B.C.S. soldiers, and send the data back to Umbrella for analysis. His main goal however, was to monitor the Nemesis while he pursued Jill, so he could send Umbrella data about the prototype performance.
Another thing to point out, is that EVERYONE is expendable for Umbrella. Be it Nicholai, the Tyrant and even the Nemesis. Umbrella only wanted the data. It didn't really mattered if Nemesis killed all or none of the S.T.A.R.S., as Umbrella could just send in another Tyrant/Paramilitary force to eliminate them in the future. Sure, the remaining S.T.A.R.S. were a problem, but Umbrella was fairly sure they would catch them one moment or another.

RE3 started to happen first, and then happened to RE2.
Jill and Carlos performed the mission on September 28. Jill was accidentally infected with virus during the mission. Then, Carlos took her to the hospital. When Jill entered the hospital, it was already September 29, but she slept in the hospital for 2 days, which was 29 and 30. It didn't get up until October 1. Jill and Carlos leave raccoon city together on October 1st.
September 29 and 30 are when Leon and Claire are performing their mission.
Raccoon City will be destroyed on October 1st.

Man, how awesome would it be to have somebody combine all of the cutscenes from both RE2 and RE3 in chronological order and make them into this one big three hour movie. This idea alone could be ten times better than the RE live action movies.

Well from what you can gather Jill and all the members of S.T.A.R.S. were disbanded and Jill was just there waiting to go somewhere else so it's quite possible that Kendo didn't think to ask cuz he was aware that Jill wasn't really working with the RPD anymore.
Well Kendo might be not strong enough to confront Jill since they are friends. During RE2 maybe Kendo was depressed due Ada's attempt to kill her daughter so it lead Kendo to say such thing.

I like to play as the survivors, it's fun. I hope it can be like Left 4 dead but resident evil remake style. Also it feels like the game friday the 13th
It’s cool to see the differences as the time Jill escapes her apartment, the outbreak is in full swing, there’s people running and screaming, things left in a hurry. Compared to Leon’s late arrival a day or two after, where mostly everyone is dead, it’s so much more quieter and ominous.
