bro honestly I feel the stock stance is the best for dominar. My odo touched 81K recently and I haven't felt the need to raise the bar. But in the end its your choice. 2 inches would be more than enough.

Ise P150 or180 clutch cable if you are using handle.bar risers

No I haven't, but one of my friends use the risers. The normal clutch cable fits fine for him

Yes, both the nuts should be together. My mechanic made the same mistake 😀. I came home and rectified the thing.
Always take a picture before opening/dismantling stuff.
