@@uraniumcranium2613yeah , gtr gear is too long , isnt that good for track use , and i guess he run dyno in race fuel and methanol or what , so it get 840whp , but this time he use normal fuel maybe ? so it get around 740+- , then carrying a passenger in this heavy car , it can't corner as fast as the porsche 😂

I think it accelerated slower because the extra weight from the aftermarket parts along with the gtr’s stock weight affected its acceleration

The Nismo have a way harder and a better chassis in every way possible.
Yeah, guesing by the goodies he had on it, it was a bolt on, maybe some dealer-specific track pack that includes the roll bar, wing etc; maybe a tune, intakes and exhaust at most. You can hear some turbo noise you don't catch on a stock R35, so maybe it was just in rough shape and down on power from abuse. Big, heavy, turbo AWD monster like that and you're really gonna feel it when it's down on power

@P_M21 not stock but that's not 800bhp either. I own a high horsepower R35 GTR, this is probably around 650bhp, and definitely not over 700.
That's probably why he was so stoic in the car. Thinking "shit, the comments section is gonna sniff me out.."
The 911 was no stranger to that track and my gosh, that 911 look svelte in the corners and wickedly fast in the straights.
Definitely have to agree with the comments saying it seems to be quite bit off pace for the claimed figure. It’s accelerating like it’s in and around the 500-600 mark from what we can see. Maybe it has switchable maps and was on the wrong one who knows but definitely from this video, it seems a bit slower than you’d expect! Class car and video nonetheless!

@@mattmasi303 fuel itself will never gain HP, it's the tuning around the octane rating that gives the HP. The extra octane from ethanol allows for more boost and timing at a given compression ratio without knocking. That's obviously oversimplified, but on a motor that is so heavily reliant on its turbos to make power, it is unlikely, but possible, to see those gains if going from low grade pump gas to e85-e100.
The special sand injection from Kuwait is probably supposed to bring 1000 hp😂

You can see the weight difference and how that effects the GTR especially cornering. The Porsche is just beautifully balanced especially being MR.

Doesnt seem like this gtr has even close to 1000hp, it hit about 160 kmh at the bridge while in a previous video stock/close to stock (dont remember) m2 hit 170 kmh 🤔

had to go back and watch your lap in the Porsche GT3 RS MR... damn! a whole other world, it moved like it was alive, so organic - now I'm not super knowledge auto aficionado but this GTR seemed to perform under the alleged power numbers to me - always a great drive by you though - props on the subscribers - peace!
The Nismo version would do also that. Here it's impossible for 1000HP.
That GT3RS MR was a track monster in every single aspect. This GTR is NOWHERE near 1000hp. This guy is bluffing really bad, got royally screwed by the mod shop, or is running on the lowest hp/boost map setting. This GTR is 650bhp max. Or has 2000 lbs of sand in the trunk 😆
@Palowaski another thing to notice is the 100-200 time was around 7 seconds and going downhill, a 1000hp GTR will do 100-200 in roughly 4 seconds.
The MR has well tuned kinematics, suited especially for the Ring. A set of Manthey dampers will buy you an entire GTR in most countries lol.

He keeps driving different cars with different owners with different objectives and he seems to be driving very very constantly.
This is amazing.
2) That Porsche is something we know that but the drivers seamed to have a deep knowledge about the circuit and the car otherwise you cannot explain the difference.
Let’s be little bid critical (positive one) to Misha to help him to have “reality check” himself. That way he will become a better version of himself.
If the order of videos are in timeline order his driving become “simple and more fluid” after Walter Rhorl.

3:39 Agreed. Unsure of what the hp (or more importantly the hp/weight comparison) is on the Porsche but both cars had clear track ahead of them and they seemed almost identical in acceleration.

I actually have c800 cicio gtr. It has 810whp roughly 980-1000hp. This car doesnt even have 650hp maybe close to mild tune this one. 100-200 7.x at best. My car does 4,4-4,5 100-200km and u cant floor the car on the curves just not possible with that much power. I tried believe me it doesnt work.

Yep, I remember sitting in an AMS Alpha 10 GTR back in 2015 and that thing would have murdered this on a straight. This seems slower than a stock one.

Horsepower alone doesn't win you races. Its the car ENTIRE setup including the aerodynamics and a skilled driver can makes an impact.
Porsche 911 GT3 RS is the god given, perfect track car and is registered for road use.
We need more foot cam it helps to see your throttle input even on autos and how you trail on & off the brakes. Keep up the great content

Seems like it was running far under the claimed power and the water temp did hit 110C which means insufficient cooling. At 1000bhp? It'd have been toasty
@@DareDevilPhil 110°c is fine as long as the coolant is still good and under pressure it won't be boiling it will still doing its job aluminium won't soften until 200°c some high end coolants don't boil until over 180°c for extreme temperature protection

Nice video! Came new to your channel watching the videos and I´m a GTR owner since many years. It´s a nice rare car and we´ve to give some credits to the owner coming over from Kuwait with his car just to drive it here. We all know they have the possibilities and connections to even drive their cars on the streets. So from my experience and the acceleration I saw on the dashboard I can tell you this R35 GTR has been stock and also sounded very quiet.... with a thousand hp you normally need to change downpipes, race catalysts, exhaust and all this staff giving it this special 6-cylinder banging loudness... Nevertheless nice car!
