Man, when the crow sings the chorus... gives me shivers everytime I watch this.
This was my first metal concert ever. I will never again experience such a great band in person, and I have to live with this knowledge for the rest of my life.
where were you situatied in the audience exactly? Any memories ?
I have to give it to the yanks, this must be the best crowd i have ever seen. And i've seen ALOT of metalshows and grew up with ATG (saw them this summer here in Gothenburg aswell).

mind-blowing - damn straight! I'd have given most anything to have been in that crowd. I saw them in a local pub when they toured for TSD and they were with dissection. That was awesome too but our pit couldn't compare to that NY crowd.
I had the privilege of seeing them on this tour in San Francisco. It was July 25th, 2008. The crowd was just like this one. Exactly like this. It was amazing beyond anything. My voice was totally gone by the end of it. I was in the front row right in front of Jonas. Anders' amp stopped working and there was an extended break while the guitarist from Darkest Hour swapped in his. Jonas tossed me a bottle of water. Thank you, Jonas. I really needed it lol. Municipal Waste and Repulsion were awesome too. I would give almost anything for footage of that show. It was one of the best moments of my life.
When the crowd says "never again" it brings a tear to my eye everytime.
I come back to watch this every so often, I can see myself in the crowd. This was easily the best show I've ever been to. Saw Glassjaw's 20 year anniversary tour for EYEWTKAS a few nights ago, which was right up there!

I have never walked out of a show soaked in sweat like I did that night. Just fucking unbelievable, I wish the whole thing was uploaded. I still get chills every time I watch this.

I was there. Unbelievable set from At the Gates; I couldn't believe I finally got to see them, and seeing the entire audience shouting the lyrics back in this video is amazing.

I'm going to have to agree with everyone here....BEST CROWD EVER! I missed the San Francisco show in 2008 because I was already on my way to Germany for Wacken. So i was in that 80,000 mob for the DVD but now I'm thinking I might have missed something greater in NYC. This video gives me chills...... anyone at this show should realize what they witnessed. Long Live all Metal!!!
