I always assumed a cool explanation for bf's seeming immunity to corruption without losing is that video game code is far more complicated than animated tv shows, and perhaps the corruption is unable to just break the rules of the game like it does for shows.
I don’t think, bf can get corrupted, but he distracts the corruption from corrupting him by rap battling, and also, when you select a song it says “Good Luck” meaning that you have 50/50 chance of getting corrupted.

YOOOOOO THE DR. LIVESEY RUSSIAN CARTOONS CROSSOVER! Glad it's not cancelled or removed! Sure, this mod doesn't have everything in it yet, but it's nice to see it "remastered/revived" to an extent as its V1.5 counterpart while it gets ready for the full blown corruption chaos of V2! :D Also, seeing "I'll Be Fine" here with the flashbacks and new vocals is some seriously powerful stuff. That might be one of the stand out parts for me in this mod and FNF modding in general. Also, also seeing the old version of "The Change" (from this mod in 2021) here with the new sprites is surreal. Hopefully they'll get a chance to use the new "/Pibby VIP" when the full V2 shows up. :)

I love corrupted Finn’s attack, it seems almost puppet like and not fluid like a real attack, just something mimicking Finn attacking and just flinging itself
Makes sense. I mean the corruption basically takes control of its host and uses them as meat puppets. Sometimes fully immersing them in corruption goop if they aren’t a threat. Kinda why in the pibby video we see George Jetson as a giant spider. The corruption sees him as harmless thus making him more dangerous in his new spider form

This is a huge glow up from the first version! Now, most of the songs are all bangers, the sprite work is outstanding, the charts and gameplay is captivating and over all its a great mod, just because its a pibby mod does not mean this is bad, creativity can still be put into mods like this one shown here. Props to the people who made this, its an outstanding job! 🔥
First off, i totally agree! I cant pick just 1 song to listen to for a while, although some parts of it could use a bit of improvement (spesificly bf and gf's sprites in the dr livesly songs) but other then that, i love it! Second, i have been trying to make a mod of my own, mainly inspired by pibby mods, and for both that, and this, i think it deserves a story, like, taking the story of the darkness in to its own hand to make it even more interesting! Third, i think it also deserves some sort of final song, and take more inspuration from other fan songs, like the "youll make the change" song or some others i cant think of! Overall its a amazing mod and im glad it got the passion it deserves :3

For anyone wondering the bullets are not necessarily required *apart from in ready or not at the end* they pretty much push the enemy back a bit so it helps in songs that are difficult or spammy like corrupted hero

Elastic Destruction was my favorite song in V1, this new version is just as good. I only wish they kept the main motif of the song. Though find it a real shame that Lost Legend isn't in the mod since I thought that song actually made good use of Finn's screeching vocals. It's also a shame the other Spongebob songs didn't seem to make it in.
I am surprised, the update of this mod has been in development for three years and it has not been cancelled, well done to the pibby corrupted development team this mod with all the hard work that has been put in has my approval.
One of the best updates to a pibby mod if not the best, for just a demo PC is looking great so far, can’t wait for what else the dev team has in mind for the future and their plans

just to address something, the change song is scrapped and it's getting removed because devs want to make more space for newer and original songs

Heya CG. so this mod is veeeryy cool so thanks for showing it but the Dr. Livsey got me the most nostalgia. i watched that cartoon as a kid and i've seen a creepy pasta 'bout him. So seeing THIS at the end almost got me crying. (nope i am not russian they just put "treasure island" to watch, really. Yeah and the book is nice too.)
