My aha moment? The product is not always the house. But it’s you. You are selling yourself and your service. Love this!

Wow! You didn’t say call your circle of influence! I’m so tired of hearing that!!! Aside from all the super valuable advice the fact you didn’t say that deserves a double like and subscribe ❤️

I feel like your circle is a bit harder due to the fact that don't want to give you any Idea of their finances

Yes because some of us are in new towns, or starting a new circle. I'm tired of that circle of influence line 😭

Very helpful video! My "aha" moment happened when you mentioned reading the contracts and using them as a road map to being knowledgeable about the transaction. This was brilliant! Being able to break down expectations to a potential client before we even get to the point of signing a contract will be huge! This will help them see my value and build their confidence in me as a new agent. Thanks for this tidbit!

This was the day I had my License Reactivated as an Agent October 20th, 2020! I at the time didnt have a car to help me move my business forward and now I do. I just had my first OPEN HOUSE, Yesterday and I obtain one lead. I have sent them some info about events going on around our area. Today I sent them an email asking for a time to schedule an appointment. I want to thank you for posting this video. I kept feeling this week and I said to my Broker that I need to Learn Scripts and polish them to a point where I am able to just talk. I know I need to be out in the Markter Field providing valueable information. I will use the idea of asking people thought provoking questions.

The biggest Aha moment was when you suggested to read the contracts and know them. I will do that on my down time more often and pick the brains of homeowners in my family. This was so supportive. Thanks.

I'm a brand new agent in Los Angeles and one of your points hit home. I lack experience (duh). Since watching this I have started just chatting to someone to pick their brain about what they think of the real estate industry. Already it has made me more confident and helped build a stronger rapport with people I've spoken to and helped extend my credibility. Thanks for this video!

Great video. This was better than the videos that had 10k-100k+ views. One thought that you sparked for me was, “people don’t care what you know, until they know you care.” Looking forward to future vids. Keep on keepin’ on.

I am thinking of becoming a real estate agent. Today just started my research. I have the job I like but I want to become an agent because we have bought 2 houses last year and I want even another one in the area I like even better. I probably would have to sell what we have now one day and the cost of commission would be huge! So if I could sell it myself I can save a lot of money plus I hope to find my “dream house” .
As what I think as a buyer. I was just sure that my agent knows what she does and my business was to look at houses , get approved for the loan and sign the contract.
