I went to Chicago Club about 20 years ago. Was looking for it but didn't spot it. It is (or was) close to Adelita's, which I see. TJ is not in my top 100 places to visit nowadays, no need to cross the border to experience the buzz of feeling as if your life is in constant danger. Today you can just go to LA for that.

I've lived in L.A. most of my life. I've never found it remotely dangerous. Certainly no different than any other major city. I've never been a victim of any crime. Not even when I lived in Hollywood for several years during the 80s, off of Hollywood Blvd and Western. It wasn't the best area in the world, but I could walk the streets at night and was seldom bothered by anyone more menacing than a panhandler.

Had a good friend who worked for Technicolor, we used to go eat barbecue in South Central. Good times, honestly can't say I ever had a problem. But then I never had a problem in TJ either. I just wouldn't go now.
@@Stacie45 I was looking over some crime stats for TJ and Los Angeles. In 2022, Tijuana had 105 murders per 100,000 residents. In comparison, Los Angeles had only 6 homicides per 100,000. Quite a difference. So for those who insist that L.A. is more dangerous than Tijuana, those stats may make them think twice.
How much for a club girl or street girl I haven’t been there since 2019 prices were 40$ for street girl’s and club girl 80$ and too S as cheap as 10$ to 25$. I recently heard some of the most outrageous prices now like 80 for street girl an HK grimes charging 125 to 160$. Definitely not worth the risk to go down there too dangerous

SGs in the alley will often try to overcharge gringos with those ridiculous $50-$80 prices. Just laugh and walk away. Bargains to be found on the other streets, especially Primera. But most gringos are deathly afraid to venture away from the alley.
