I’m binging Calm Down right now. I’m into this, heavy. These two are GEMS.
I have been watching many of these podcasts as these two ladies are special. They do so well together. The first time I ever saw Erin was on a telecast of a Michigan State basketball game from The Breslin Center. The entire frickin IZZONE was chanting in powerful unison ERIN ANDREWS! with rhythmic claps and two second pause: ERIN ANDREWS! When I got a look at her on TV I fully understood the commotion. This had to be 2001 or 2002. As for Charissa , I first saw her on The Big Ten Network circa 07 or 08. She used to do this show The Top Ten Big Ten running backs ever, or it could be any position, or even basketball players. That was her main show. I remembering her wearing a light sage green dress, and thinking about how lovely she looked. Then she starts cracking jokes every now and then. Beautiful and funny. Great combo. I am so happy that these two are successful and are great friends.

Thanks for doing this! And yes, there's a reason that bodysuits were out of "style" for DECADES. Disappointed to hear that there's been ZERO F's given about our comfort, and they're still horrible.

Just wanted to offer a bit of a tip Charissa.. You mentioned the Secret, which is manifesting from your intention, basically from the brain. Actually the more pure way to do this is through the heart. Everything we do should really be through our heart- even our work, if we can manage that!

Has either of you ever been afraid of flying or had any bad flight experiences ? I'm 55 and have never been in a plane or copter and I am terrified to fly.
