It shouldnt be Edwards V Klopp. Klopp has been superb but he has made mistakes. Four season ago he let Lovren go and we went into the season with three defenders, VVD and Matip then got injured. Last season we went in with 9 midfielders and fans screamed we need additions and Klopp said NO. Then he said we were right and we brought in Arthur. We all blamed FSG but was it Klopp saying he was happy. How Keita and Ox and even Thiago were at our club for all those years with there injury records. I love Klopp but he made mistakes
Hi Jamie, yep klopp said in the summer we weren’t expecting fabinho and Henderson to leave, it’s part of what I said yesterday, I believe klopp believed Fabinho and Henderson still had the legs and energy even though the rest of us felt the maybe hadn’t, maybe with Mac Allister and Szobozslai coming in they could take some of the burden of the running, and as I’ve said since we won the Champions League, klopp has said many times, how do we improve on the squad we have? But at the same time said we could improve the squad but we don’t have the kind of money that would take? Maybe under slot there will be a different mentality on the squad, the squad can always be tweaked here and there

Also the previous summer we only signed Nunez because maybe left, Nunez was manes replacement, for those who don’t agree remember the club’s statement, Liverpool have not received any transfer request from Sadio or from his camp but Liverpool fc want to assure fans a replacement would be signed if that happens so we’d have started last season with exactly the same squad if Sadio hasn’t wanted to go
Not surprising Klopp didnt want Hendo and Fabinho going. I would of being very happy with Keita, Ox and Millie going when we were bringing in Soboszlai and Mac Allister. We dont know the length of the deal that Klopp wanted to give Matip it could have been a year. Klopp did say after Matip's serious injury this year that the club should offer him an extension.
But would he keep matip then not buy another defender because we had matip? But yes he did say they would do the right thing, but last season he wasn’t injured, I think it’s not a misquote
I don’t mind redmen tv, but one thing I would say is when a channel has a certain level of success and a certain level of access to the club, they don’t want to lose it so perhaps play things safe and sanitise things if you know what I mean, i prefer you channel, Anfield agenda and the Kip council but that’s only my opinion and taste
