🍎Apple Sweet Potato One-Pan Meal🍎 (We added apples to this skillet because it’s Apple season!) 12 slices of Turkey Bacon 8 Apples diced 2 Red Onions diced 3 Bell Peppers diced 8 Sweet Potatoes diced 5 Cups of Spinach 1 tsp Cinnamon 1 tsp Cumin 1 tsp Garlic Powder 1 - Heat a large skillet pan on medium heat. Add the bacon and saute until golden and crispy. Use a slotted spoon to remove the bacon and place it onto a plate with a paper towel. 2- Add the diced onion and red bell pepper to the pan and saute for one minute to soften. 3- Add the diced sweet potato and spices to the pan. Cook the sweet potato for 10-12 minutes, stirring often. 4- Add your diced apples and place a lid on the pan for 5 minutes or until apples are soft and sweet potato are fork tender. 5- Add the bacon back into the pan along with the spinach and stir for 1-2 minutes or until the spinach is wilted. 6- Remove the breakfast hash from the heat. Season with salt and pepper. Enjoy!🍎

I really enjoyed watching the food being prepared, and loved the teens takeover. It would be very interesting if the teens would do a Q&A, of course with strict boundaries. They all look so alike it would be interesting to hear what makes them different.

Pumpkin Chili🎃🥘 3 Zucchinis, Diced 🥒 3 Green Peppers, Diced 🫑 2 Yellow Onions, Diced 🧅 9 Cloves of Garlic, Minced Olive Oil 12 Apple Sausages, Chopped 🍎 3 Cans of Black Beans, Rinsed 3 Cans of Kidney Beans, Rinsed 2 Cans of Pumpkin Puree 🎃 2 Cans of Diced Tomatoes 🍅 16 Cups of Chicken Broth 🍗 5 Tbsp Chili Powder 5 tsp Oregano 5 tsp Cumin 3 tsp Cayenne 5 tsp Cinnamon 1- Prepare ingredients; dice the Onions, Peppers, Zucchini, and Sausages, Mince Garlic, and Drain beans and set aside 2- Coat the bottom of the pot with Olive Oil and saute the onions, peppers, zucchini, and garlic for around 5-8 mins 3- Add Sausages, Beans, Pumpkin Puree, Diced Tomatoes, Seasonings, and Broth.
