i fully support the death sentence if there is physical evidence tying the accused to the crime however if the evidence is circumstantial then life sentence is a proper punishment

We've seen cases of the nature you referring to and only to discover that the was human error way after the accused has suffered. Death sentence should atleast apply to those who want it. Example, when it happens you get found guilty for a crime of serious nature then you get death sentence. U will see how quickly this advocacy will change direction.
