Great video, I have downloaded the return to running program. I dont quite understand how it works sorry? How is it followed? you have stage 1 - steps 1 -4 but in each step there is a list of 10 options. Could you explain in more details how to follow it? Also, when shall we move to stage 2?

Big thumbs up for barefoot exercising! And great explanation of the injury mecanism :) I would have a question: I see a looot of videos with exercises for pulled/strained harmstrings... but are they the same for injured harmstring TENDONS? Or should I addjust somehow the recovery plan to a pulled tendon?

How long after the initial injury, should you start these exercises and let’s say a stage one or stage two hamstring pull. I’m about three weeks in and have very little flexibility from the hip.

If the semitendinosus tendon has been strained. It was not recognised for three weeks. So was walked on that made the pain worse. How long is recovery approx. Thanks.

i had one a few yrs ago and it took 6 weeks of rehab to get back to my sports activities.....if you come back too early, it will re-tear and feel worse than when it happened originally...yup, I did that then I went to rehab.....it has to be progressive.....which you probably already know since your post was 1 yr ago
