when should I build shurelya instead of seraph and vice versa?
It depends on the enemy comp. Shurelya is for dodging and spacing/running away, Seraph is for sustain. In this case, they got a lot of cc (almost all on skiilshoots) so shurelya is the way to go to evade them as much as possible. However, against a Syndra for example if she fails to oneshoot you with her combo, you got a really hard advantage against her.
is dematerializer on each type is a thing now? i thought it's always 2 caster and 1 melee
I always was told to use on each minion when using it with syndra
I’m sure this build is mathematically better but I’ve been using the Seraphs build and oml the full build is so strong I’m so tanky and I melt through everyone.

You definitely can if enemy team doesn't stack heavy MR
I think her being a mobile mage is way more fun.
But assassin works. Just go lich bane first and you can just 100 to 0 squshies whenever your ult is up.

Comet is good when you have a slowing ability or a hard cc one, if you trigger comet with Q or W people can dodge it
can't imagine starting any build at the moment without Malignance
I’m in the same boat lol. I’m no where near good enough to skip it first item
I feel like ahri currently is just an all around good champion. You need maybe one mana item and the rest you can build whatever ap items you like.
