Regarding height, yes! Ben Chapman who was the actor in the suit (on land) was 6’5. 🐠
I knew he was tall but I didn’t realize he was THAT much taller than Boris Karloff, even with the Frank boots haha
Got all except Bride and Phantom. They’re my favorite figures by Neca. Outstanding work
i’ve never even seen creature from the black lagoon, but i might pick this up just for how good it looks and how nicely they engineered the articulation.
It’s my favorite of the films. I have the Mondo figure.

Can't wait to get my hands on this! He completes the 'main seven' Universal Monsters in my mind, and he was easily one of my favorites growing up. This line has become my favorite line to collect right now, keeping my fingers crossed he releases before the end of October here in the UK.
The Mummy is still my favorite figure in the line so far, Frankenstein's monster and the Phantom of the Opera are great too (planned to skip him but he's got a lot of personality with all the heads), but this guy's design I think lends itself to a more visually interesting figure.
Wow, I had no idea that the mouth on one of his heads is articulated. That is truly awesome! Can't wait to get mine.

His articulation (not fully), stature and silhouette is reminiscent of Neca's Predator line. Visually it's a perfect figure, so freaking beautiful 😍

NECA has been consistently putting out 🔥 recently. They are undoubtedly in my opinion the best figures at retail right now, the quality, detail, articulation and accessories are very much worth their prices. Wade get the D&D Strongheart. I absolutely love that figure, it’s so good

Bruhh it makes perfect sense .... frakenstein dead guys put together... mummy is just that mummified pharaoh... dracula not actually that large more cunning and charming ... the gillman is a monster and a reptialian amphibious creature which if you know anything about them they can grow to massive sizes unchallenged...so the only one that could realistically give him a run for his money is the wolfman when it comes to size were talking realistically an undiscovered species of mammal that has increased levels of testerone which is the ultimate grower even in real life terms when it comes to steroids it boost testorine to another planet...... so would be a good match up... and im high af

Aesthetics? Neca definitely wins. As an overall figure? Jada wins IMO. If you're gonna have him in a vanilla pose forever (nothing wrong with that, not everybody is into ACBA and photography), get the Neca. If you want to do literally anything else, get the Jada
