How did they differentiate between hutus and tutsis beside using home affairs identification method

they differentiated them through various physical traits..i.e tutsis are mostly tall, long nosed and lighter in complexion and also hutus would give up their tutsi friends and family

I know everyone has their own story, the Hutu killed Tutsi and then the Tutsi come to revenge and killed Hutus triple the tutsi. For people who doesn't understand this, it was War of revenge. You know how many Hutus killed, you can't imagine. The hutus are living with the Tutsi who killed them and most of Hutus are behind the bars. But the Hutus still need justice too for those who killed the. I know it will happen, just wait.
