Dakotas Pete Burns was so funny, especially how you couldn’t even tell it was her beneath all the drag and how she got the voice so spot on. It was a shame she never got any feedback or compliments on it by just being safe.
Cheddar really was on another level episode. She did not repeat someone else's jokes and character like Danny and Dakota, and was witty and had nuances. Not to mention that she had the best runway look.

I think cheddar is winning this season she has the looks, comedy and overall likability I'm rooting for cheddar I like her humor. she really is an alien drag queen that I can't understand but have come to embrace her every episode

I respectfully disagree. Snatch Game is a very difficult improv challenge that not everyone is well suited for. You could prepare well in advance and still end up doing bad either because you were caught off guard or the character doesn’t land. This challenge is overrated af and not at all indicative of what a person is capable of. If Snatch Game really mattered that much, then Trixie and Priyanka wouldn’t have won after doing so badly and maybe Deja Skye would have snatched the crown for herself.

For example Marie Kondo could have been hilarious if Le Fil played her as obsessed with tidying, putting things in order, and if she was aggressively pushing her Kondo methods on RuPaul and the other contestants

God that Cilla Black was AWFUL! Cilla never looked so busted and she didn't shout for the sake of it. Le Fil really drowned on that panel and just didn't bring anything memorable. Black Pepa was so unfunny, I couldn't help but laugh! She looked great though. Both Dakota & Cheddar stood head and shoulders above all the others. Dakota was hilarious and delivered Pete Burns perfectly. And Cheddar was in a league of her own! Both of them saved this Snatch Game from potentially being the worst.

It feels totally unfair to the contestants who actually commit to the challenge of trying to do a good impersonation. Idc if a made up character is entertaining, there are plenty of other improv challenges for that type of humour. On snatch game I want to see impersonations. @@dylanwalsh2574 it depends though, there’s been a few more contemporary figures done on snatch game that were pretty different from their real life counterparts. I can think of Jaida’s Prince and Jessica Wild’s RuPaul off the top of my head. But also, I really enjoy when people who do historical characters take actual events and know a bit about the history, rather than just making it very surface level. I think Cheddar did that, and although the Hurricane line was from a contemporary film, it was so hilarious in this context and a nice pop-culture reference among the broader history info.

My view is that the whole point of the challenge is to be funny while acting as a recognisable person, whereas some people are moreso just interested in whoever makes them laugh, which is fine obviously, it's not like drag race is some serious ordeal, but I'd still prefer to see people actually do what I feel an impersonation challenge is asking of them.

Honestly Dakota deserved to be on the top, but like, almost at the same level as Cheddar. I think Cheddar's Elizabeth wasn't that funny, but Dakota's made me cackle more than a few times (but Cheddar's runway won the episode, tbh)

Is anyone else sick of seeing made up characters or interpretations of historical figures on snatch game? It feels totally unfair to the contestants who actually commit to the challenge of trying to do a good impersonation. Idc if a made up character is entertaining, there are plenty of other improv challenges for that type of humour. On snatch game I want to see impersonations. Dakota should've won imo, I don't understand people saying that she stole Juno's impression, the jokes were the same because they were doing the same impersonation lmao (although I do agree that Juno's is a bit better).
I like the historical figures, but the made up ones are often just boring
@@nikfiendluvr666 My issue with historical figures is that if the person existed before film, there's nothing to compare the performance to so they essentially get to make up a character anyways.
@@dylanwalsh2574 it depends though, there’s been a few more contemporary figures done on snatch game that were pretty different from their real life counterparts. I can think of Jaida’s Prince and Jessica Wild’s RuPaul off the top of my head. But also, I really enjoy when people who do historical characters take actual events and know a bit about the history, rather than just making it very surface level. I think Cheddar did that, and although the Hurricane line was from a contemporary film, it was so hilarious in this context and a nice pop-culture reference among the broader history info.
@@nataliadoe7126 And personally I don't really enjoy it when contemporary figures are portrayed inaccurately either, like Shea Coulee as woke Flava Flav was cringe to me personally because it didn't make any sense. I think it's just an agree to disagree situation tbh. My view is that the whole point of the challenge is to be funny while acting as a recognisable person, whereas some people are moreso just interested in whoever makes them laugh, which is fine obviously, it's not like drag race is some serious ordeal, but I'd still prefer to see people actually do what I feel an impersonation challenge is asking of them.
