I’m 52 and I just started getting hot flashes. The hot flashes are no joke! Please keep these menopause, skin care Nd makeup lol. Sometime I feel like I’m gonna lose my mind, but trying to stay in control lol. My memory is getting bad. Congratulations on your weight loss and 30k!

Happy New Year, and congratulations!❤🎉 I'm so glad to hear you're doing well. I'm almost to the menopause stage. I'd be there way before now if it wasn't for the fibroids. I'm not sure if I mentioned Paul Eugene before. He's on CZcams. He's helped keep me and my husband in shape for going on 4 years. He does aerobics, chair, step, weights, running, walking, stretching, etc. geared toward people our age. His variety is wonderful. Thanks to him, I've been able to maintain my weight through my menopause journey. My doctor says my BMI (body mass index) is great!

Hi NeeCjae, new subscriber, love your channel! when I went thru menopause the weight gain was the worst, but I cut out white bread, potatoes & ate a couple small meals a day on a salad plate & nothing after 5pm & lots of water. Keep it up & your body will adjust post menopause. I lost the 30lbs I gained in about 6 months . Have a great day!😊

Congratulations on 30k! You deserve this and more. Your content is important because as women age we go through many changes in our bodies. Our skin, hair, our figures and minds all go through drastic changes. When I was younger I never heard my mother and her sisters talk about those changes. I had no clue what to expect. The only thing I remember was her fanning because of the hot flashes. So your channel helps us tackle these changes gracefully. I have to say, I love the complements I get from my husband since I have applied some of your suggestions.
A few years ago I lost 40 pounds and keep it off with intermittent fasting, watching my sugar intake and drinking plenty of water. Now, with your tips and tricks, I can look and feel my best😊

I know about the issues with menopause. It can be stressful 😥. I still get hot flashes and the severe insomnia that I haven’t figured out how to fix. I do take unison when it’s bad though and I will get some sleep that way.

Hi NeeCJae, I love your videos but I have a question that I hope you can help me with. I recently had an allergic reaction around my eyes that left them puffy and swollen and red. My Dr prescribed an antibiotic and a steroid. What can I do use for dryness and slight wrinkles under my eyes?
