Dell Memory Problems

    So, while running our weekly diagnostics test, Dell alerted me to the fact that one or both of the 32GB G.Skill DDR4 SODIMM RAM sticks was/were malfunctioning.
    So, I jumped in, armed with a screwdriver and the desire to provide spotless A1 service and get to the bottom of it.
    Long story short, had to temporarily downgrade to 16GB of Kingston RAM until I pick up another 64GB Kit of G.Skill RAM to replace the malfunctioning 32GB stick.
    Oh...and Dell doesn't like Corsair VENGEANCE RAM for some reason...

    It’s amazing how you know so much about computers! I’m not tech savvy AT ALL so this seems like magic 😂

      @@amberlejones If you have any questions, just ask. Seems really tough at first and it kinda is,though the more you learn, the more powerful and free you become. And it's kinda fun too 😄

    My scenario
    i have recently upgrade my processor from i5 4579 to xeon e3 1241 v3 (eq i7 4th)
    i have upgrade gpu from gt 710 to gtx 1650 Super zotac
    I m facing an issue with my LENOVO m98p Tower:
    1. first when i upgrade to Xeon even tho it has lower TDP then i5 but it goes around 95-98 degree temp while gamin, i have tried turn fan on full speed in bios but fan runs for some time on full speed then automatically it goes on low speed and temps rise. please help me
    2. when i plug my pc it starts for some secs then goes off then again automatically starts and runs normal. i m worried why this happens. kindly help me!
