Why isn't Gerard Butler on the list? He is also a Phantom!!! What the hell? 🤬
@@ingridmay66 This is only for stage productions. Also, like the 25th anniversary, using footage from the 2004 film is likely to get my video blocked.
@@PrismsofGlass Thanks for the answer. I thought you don't like the movie version and the 25th anniversary.😆
@@ingridmay66 I don't, but I also don't like several of the Phantoms on this list, but they're included out of fairness. Anyway, my description always gives the reason why I can't include footage from the 25th anniversary.
Japanese casts
2:07 市村正親
15:03 沢木純
17:16 山口祐一郎
27:02 芥川英治
32:59 村俊英
1:36:07 佐野雅之
michael crawfords freaking heartbreaking and beautiful
1:07:26 Whoa. Okay, that’s sounded really painful.
He sounds like he’s having a severe toothache!
😂😂😂😂😂
All of these are simply amazing, but if I had to choose ONE it would have be Crawford. Sadly I didn't have a chance to see him live...but I've seen both Cudia and Barbour live...and they both were amazing.
Thank you so much, it must have taken you such a long time to compile all these videos!! This is one of my favorite parts and I just love seeing all the different approaches to it 😊 Ramin still remains one of my favorites, his "no" just sounds so gutwrenching... JOJ and Geronimo are also really amazing
FUN FACT: Zoltan Miller (Hungarian Phantom) and Peter Joback (Swedish Phantom) both voiced Aladdin in their respective native language!!
Secondly, is Rob Pitcher related to Rebecca Pitcher??
For your second question: yes, they are siblings.
1:11:25 something about his voice is just so nice and so smooth 😍
Mike Crawford’s is SO HEARTBREAKING!!!!!!!
The way he sighs “no…” when they start singing kills me 💔
Could you do a comparison of the phantom sings “ Down once more into darkness deep as hell! “?
Ooh yes please!!!
rip kevin gray that was beautiful
Please do one on "You Have Come Here" from the Point of No Return!
A few Phantoms scared of heights in there, big respect to those who fully stood up on the Angel at the end of the sequence as the Angel was flown out ✊ Ben Lewis’ pitch is absolutely perfect and his Phantom is just heartbreaking 💔 Absolutely perfect.
17:16 山口祐一郎
27:02 芥川英司
私が探していた動画です!ありがとうございます♪
27:02 my favorite Phantom, his voice is beautiful!
Saulo y Juan, maravillosos ♡
Un honor tener un cast en México tan preparado.
hi!@ can i please suggest you do a comparison of raoul's line 'so it is to be war between us - but this time my clever friend, the disaster shall be yours!'
Thank you for taking your time to put this together - can’t wait to spend 3 hours listening to this today, although my family will think I’m nuts - non Phantom Phans don’t get it 😉
Meus favoritos na ordem em que aparecem no vídeo: Dave Willetts, Michael Crawford, Kevin Gray, Dale Tracy, Thomas James O'Leary, Davis Gaines, Franc D'Ambrosio, Peter Karrie, Ian Jon Bourg, Brad Little, Hugh Panaro. Adoro todos eles.
Super excited!! Thx much!!
So many different and great interpreters and people still put Ramin as the best phantom 🙁
I've noticed that generally speaking, London Phantoms have more of a soulful singing voice whereas Broadway Phantoms are more traditional/operatic sounding.
The way Ben Crawford sang it sounds so good!
Is Stephen R. Buntrock Part of the Current Cast at The Majestic?!
Unfortunately not. Would love to see him perform as Phantom again.
Anthony Warlow absolutely blows everybody else out of the water in this section. The best Phantom there has EVER been.
#1)Michael Crawford.That's it.There is no other.
Ted was my Very First Angel July 5, 2001!!!!!!!
Was that in Indianapolis?
@@alanshore17 Just seeing this reply. So sorree. It was Indeed, at the Murat Theater
2:49:08 why does he say christene
2:01:50
WTF
Lol
🤣😂
I got a jump and nearly spit out my Chamomile tea, it's the stuff of NIGHTMARE FUEL!!
Majora's Mask vibes.
Agreed, lol
🥰🥰🥰
Not me crying-
Kudos Jeff you put your right foot forward
👏👍
1:44:09 - Howard McGillin was my first Broadway Phantom; out of the four actors I’ve actually seen live, he’s still my favorite.
what is on scoot davies's chest 55:01
I think this is some kind of formal vest, I used one during my college graduation party, I must don't know the name
Alexander scared living crap out of me
Of course i love the usuals-MC, Howard, John Cudia, Brad, Gary, Davis Gaines….but i also would like to call attention to someone who takes a lot of flak for his Phantom, Jason Mills, and remind everyone that he was pretty freaking good most nights, and he was much better than his replacement, Richard Todd Adams, esp here…lastly, that John Cudia clip is my absolute favorite yell before he drills the “You will curse the day you did not do….he goes from such a high pitch smoothly down to his lower range and it just works-1:38:15…also Howard’s movement of his head with his very heavy vibrato cracks me up, but i don’t care bc i love his Erik so much lol!
Wow Steve Lucas 1:14:44
He is my Rockstar
where's simon bowman?
I am not aware of any full video of him to get clips from.
whoa! a FRED johanson? they should make TOMMY JOHANSSON a phuture phantom. lol he performed the title song with himself and did fantastic acting in a christmas carol. fyi gothenburg was where hannes van dahl his sabaton bandmate was born
Ramin has the best voice obviously, but JOJ kills it with his emotion, he makes me cry 😭❤️
