The simple solution to you problem is: search for a good beginning friendly book that has all the information you need. Read it from cover to cover. Type out and experiment with every single code in the book. And do all the exercises. When you finish, you’ll be 5 years ahead of those using CZcams and online courses.

The dry textbook learning style is for concentrated learners.
People who require visual examples with a real voice behind accelerate their learning 10x versus textbook learners.
I can watch one video and pretty much clear a chapter.
Chat GPT + CZcams = The ultimate home-tutor
Better to spend on learning, even if it's not worth; it won't be counted as waste but experience

Java, C++, Python. Any of them is fine. You need to practice enough DSA so that you feel comfortable with a new problem.
