Actually most of the vegan foods are tasty, some might not be the best but after all there are non vegan foods that are not the best, its all about eating at the right place or buy the food from a good company.

I went to a vegan restaurant called Dharma Kitchen before and I was shocked to learn that every "chicken" and "beef" there is actually vegan.
I tried many things and am confident on my ability to differentiate foods but they can actually fool me on my 1st bite!
Recently ate at this restaurant. Food is OFF THE CHAIN. NO B*LL SH*T. Everything I ordered was super delicious. Love this place. Vegan or not you will enjoy - I'll put money on it.

TOP secret "cheese sauce" is easy.
You need:
1 cup peeled/diced yellow potatoes or russets. 1/4 cup peeled/diced carrots. 1/3 cup chopped onion. 3/4 cup water preferably use liquid from pot of boiled veggies. 1/2 cup raw cashews. 1/4 cup coconut milk. 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast flakes. Mix everything in a food processor and there you have it.
Love vegetarian....but vegan is equally tempting and may be healthier.

Vegan diet is beneficial as long it is natural. When chemistry starts to imitate cheese, chicken, bacon, meat paddy etc, veganism becomes destructive. Of course many prefer a vegan diet for ethical reasons than healthy ones. For them the food industry can provide a variety of more expensive but unhealthy vegan choices.
