Too bad he does next to Fucking nothing until his power up with the final boss. I love everything in Ex-aid but the characters and story. No joke is one of the weakest story's with the weakest characters and villains.

Actually Cronus doing nothing is his character. You have to literally take this moment and see exactly the type of person he is. He is what people know as "Bobby Kotick" CEO of Activision Blizzard, he's the CEO who takes the credit and money, without having done any of the work himself. His plan was to just sell Kamen Rider Chronicle and make more money, there was nothing else. Then you have to further realize what Kamen Rider Cronus is. It is a cheat, not a game mechanic. That's why they're able to beat him at the end of the series. The only thing he has for him is pausing time. He has no levels, he has no stats. It further cements that Kamen Rider Chronicle is meant to be an unbeatable "live service" game, and the only way is to cheat. Which is why Cronus never had to do anything on his part except sell the game. Because it becomes a never ending flow of money, it is a fusion of "live service" games and health insurance. Yeah, health insurance, hospital bills, because the Bugster Virus exists, the only mass produced thing that can possibly combat it becomes Kamen Rider Chronicle.

Emu is not immune to all kinds of Bugster Viruses,either not having perfect anti Bugster virus body,so he can't use Bugvisor Zwei to transform into Cronus
Maybe this is why I loved Suel so much in Geats. He created the Desire Grand Prix, as much as Masamune Dan created Genm Corporation, thus created Kamen Rider Chronicle too. The creator being the best Game Master, Producer, whatever the title since they are the creator of that said game so of course they got all the rights to do whatever they want with their creations.

ライダー達が個性あふれるカッコイイ変身ポーズを山ほど見せて盛り上げて来て、
その上での直立ほぼ不動の変身には凄みがある
人の名前も息子の名前ですらも商品名で呼ぶの好き
元来はゲームの主人公が変身するボーナスキャラ的なライダーなのですから、エグゼイドに似てるデザインなのはある意味当然なんですよね。
仮面ライダークロニクルの本来の構想や自称神のセリフから考察すると、本来はライドプレイヤーの最強形態用だったぽいし、
当初の製作者は自称神だから、姿をエグゼイドに似せたというよりゲンムに似せたと考えたほうが妥当ではなかろうか。

仮面ライダークロニクルがいつから開発を始めていたか定かではないので、クロノスのデザインがエグゼイド完成前から固まっていた可能性も十分あると思います。
しかし見た目によるデザインの点から言えば、ゴーグル内の目にライン(説明難しい)があるのはゲンムとクロノスで、エグゼイドには目にラインがありません。
なのでクロノスとエグゼイドの両方ともゲンムを元にしたデザインと考えた方が辻褄があうのかなと。

貴利矢さんと面会してたとはいえいきなり出てきた新キャラがラスボスとは思わんかった
クロノスのポーズ能力はゲムデウスには効かないんじゃないか（ゲムデウスの力に適合したグラファイトがポーズを無効化している）とか、ハイパームテキでも勝てなかったゲムデウスに勝てるのかって意見があるが、おそらく「ポーズ中に倒したバグスターの再生を封じる」ことからゲムデウスの再生能力を封じ、かつゲムデウスに有効打を与えられるスペックがあるって事だと思う。
ハイパームテキはゲムデウスにダメージを与えられるけど即座に再生されてしまう。 だから黎斗は「ハイパームテキでも勝てるかどうか」って言ったんだろう。
また小説のノベルゲーマーもポーズで言葉を話させないことができるので優位に立てる。 ある意味相性でバランスが取れてると思う。

確か、クリアの報酬ではなくゲムデウスを倒すためにはクロノスが唯一対抗できる仮面ライダーで、そもそも、クロノスに変身するためには壇黎斗曰く、完全な抗体が必要でそれが無ければ変身以前にバグスター用のバグヴァイザーツヴァイを使えないしツヴァイ自体幻夢コンポレーションかポッピーピポパポしか持ってないから一般人プレイヤーがなること自体が厳しい

2、ガシャットを起動してバグスターウイルスに感染し、完全な抗体を持ちます
3、レアキャラクター(エグゼイドたち)を倒してゲーマドライバーかバグルドライバーⅡを手に入れます
4、これで君も仮面ライダークロノスだ！(なおゲーマドライバーを使った場合はポーズが使えず、ガシャットが2本必要になります。)
