1. TIMI flow
2. Stenoses
3. Lesion length
4. Thrombus
5. Calcification
6, Dissection
7. Bifurcation lesions
8. Ostial lesions
9. Tortuosity
10. Aneurysm
11. Collateral flow
12. Perforation
