- We continue to test the GR Yaris for our hobby rally purposes. This is the first test of the new Cusco 2way Limited Slip Differential. We took it directly onto the snow. The GR Yaris is now much more controllable with throttle pedal, more predictable and more oversteer-y, giving better control when driving on the limit. It is definitely an investment that we recommend. We'll be bringing more insights soon!
Engine:

So this 2way diff is in the rear axle? The front axle is with the OEM diff? If so, are you going for the 1.5way in the front?

All those yellow and red lights on the dash. Must be Christmas.
Front or rear differential?
Is the car always more oversteering or just when accelerating ? Cause isn’t the theory saying that 2way equals to understeer when decelerating?
What happens if i only change the rear lsd on the convenience pack
How it is on the dry?
What are the differences between this differential and the stock one?
This one has limited slip. Usually differentials allow any difference in rotational velocity of the left and right wheel. Limited slip differentials limit the difference of rotational speeds. In low traction situations like snow, this enhances the power transmission to the contacting wheel and so gives better control over your car. A normal differential might block the contacting wheel and transmit the entire engines power to the slipping wheel, making the car hard to predict.
