Thanks great help. I purchased my hikmicro lynx po lh19 just b4 Xmas as I'm a pro deer stalker. Live up in the Glen a mile from nearest metal road and they left it at side of metal road(Dpd) . Uttings of Norwich sent a replacement out by Royal Mail within a week. Fortunately I found original under a hawthorn hedge a while later out walking the dog and posted original bak. They were great in sending the cost of postage back. Great thermal , nothing can hide. Just hope newer generations don't lose the art of stalking

Thanks for the update and glad you found the old one, very honest of you , and yes agree I also like a deer stalk , and hope technology aids it but doesn’t replace the art of field craft

I have a little question...

LH19 and LH25 have a dial near the objective lens.
But LE10, LE15, LH15 don't have the dial near the objective lens.
ALL of the Hikmicro products have a small dial wheel near the eye lens (eyepiece).　4:37
What is the difference between the dial near the objective lens and the dial near the eye lens?
I'd like to know what are those two dials and how to use them.
Are they both focus adjustment(Manual Focus)?
Or one of them is "Zoom function" or something?
According to the spec sheet in Hikmicro webpage, LH19 and LH25 have Manual Focus and the other models don't have Manual Focus...

I have a lh25 pro but it drops out of connection with the phone constantly. Even though it’s within a few feet of each other. Any ideas?.

Hi, I have question re connecting to the t-vision app. It works on one device but all other devices when trying to connect it just says “connection failed” any ideas?

Hi mitch , that is odd , and the other devices assuming are hik micro ?

Oh sorry, when I say different devices I meant I tried the one Hik Micro with a couple of phones and iPads. Managed to connect to one phone but that’s it. Tried factory resetting because I thought it might only connect to one app however it still isn’t working.
