- Episode 3: Post Gynecomastia Surgery
Just had my post-op appointment and I am starting to feel indifferent. I need to stay positive and focus on future goals. Mental Health is just as important as the health of you body. Also, you should be mindful of how you impact your caretaker. I talk about the emotional rollercoaster you may go through after surgery. Your body has changed. It have scars, swelling, pain, and discoloration. All of this can impact your state of mind.

Thank you for watching. What did you take away from this video?
Watched probably 50 videos on the topic. This is the first one I’ve seen that touches on this side of surgery recovery. IMPORTANT STUFF and it takes a lot of guts to be this transparent. TY sir.
Thank you so much 😊
I'm now 3 weeks post surgery. Wearing the compression vest and yea it gets to you with your daily activities ( eg:17 month old baby girl and can't pick her up ect.. For now). Watching the videos Im glad to see and hear there's people out there going through the same experience I am.. Makes it a bit less stressful. Appreciate your honesty and efforts to share your stories.
Keep up the great work please
I’m happy that you found this video useful. I hope that your recovery is swift so that you can hold you baby girl soon. Thank you for the kind words.
After 2 weeks you should been able to pick hey up, hell after a few days. I’m sure she wasn’t that heavy and yes i had the same surgery.
Sounds emotionally similar to when I got PRK. Blind and constant feeling like sand in my eyes for weeks. Regretting everything. Doubting everything. The recovery was 6 months before eyesight was at 100. The whole time my emotions went all over the place.
Getting gyno surgery in a month. This is good material.
Thank you for watching I appreciate your support
I'm at 1.5 weeks, and losing my mind. Glad it's not just me
I’m at 1.5 weeks now . How did it turn out. I shouldn’t get too hung up
@@sportindaveyghow it's for you now?
@@dariusmuncelean9064I’m not 4 months post op, I do not think twice without a shirt anymore and completely life changing. Happier than ever
My surgery is Nov 19. I'm pretty nervous about it and the amount of money I'm spending on it. I'm 34 and I've been living with it since I was 10. I decided it's time. I scheduled it in November since I will be wearing heavy cloths for winter. I don't have anyone to take care of me or be there for me unfortunately. Doing everything solo... But I've developed such a big emotional force filed over the years I think I can power through it. I'm divorced and I have 4 year old son. I'm doing this privately. I don't want all my family and friends and co-workers to know I got my boobs cut off..
Hey bro I'm day 25 post op. You will be ok. Just reaching up for things hurts a little and feels tight. You will swell up after surgery the next 3 days so the results will look good at first then you will slowly swell up. I'm still swole in one side quite a bit. It might take 3 months for most swelling to go down so don't get upset in the mirror. Don't drink too much water for first week. You will feel your strength in your chest come back at week 3 so don't get depressed. Go for light walks. Looks like u got your surgery today too when I seen your comment. Nice!
@@robslams2324 yup I'm all done. Hurts more than I thought it would but they gave me some pretty strong pain meds so I'm good. I don't think it has sunk in yet just how life-changing this will be
@@loadnlock357 Hope it gives you everything you wanted!
Going to get the surgery myself, after I’ve lost 10kg :D (already around 6kgs down :))
I hope you’re outcomes were good. But I can relate to you for sure
How's your progress? Would love to hear an update. I e benn going through the same since I was about 10 as well. I've been giving surgery a hard thought
Great sharing and a great “go-to”resource for your followers!
Keep sharing and updating us Wobeaux!👍🏽👍🏽
Will do
I am 5 days out after surgery and I’m pleased with my results but I’m worried because I can feel big lumps under my skin on my chest! Is this normal and did you feel them or is it just me?
Sorry for the late reply. Yes I have lumps and it was scar tissue. I hope you outcomes turned out to be OK
I’m dreading the no coffee that morning of surgery. I might get irritable then. 😆
😁. I was the same way. I was craving ☕️
Bro this is one of the best make plastic surgery reviews and updates…. Congrats on your success and new found confidence…. This price is great! Did you consider Jolie in Miami? Can you please share the name of the recovery house? You stated you wish you would have stayed longer, how many days should I stay? I am fit, but struggle with obtaining a 6 pack. I’m in search of abdominal etching and 360 lipo in an and back areas….
Was this procedure performed in Ma? I see the boston hat
It was! :)
@Wobeaux Silverman ??
Did this with Dr rothkopf via Umass memorial. Amazing results, cost about $5500 and I barely had bruising. Going on 3 weeks all bruising is gone, small swelling
Interesting, I was planning to do a liquid diet and play video games all day till I am healed and can workout again. :)
Not a bad idea! PS5 or Xbox
How did it go? How long did it take for you to being able to train again?
(It’s one of the biggest problems I have with getting this surgery. I’m scared of losing all my gains after the surgery. And yes, I know I will get the gains back but still :))
@@NTLMBigBenchidk if you got it yet but you can probably start training sometime around 12 weeks after surgery in terms of chest stuff
bit dramatic just had the surgery at 19 feeling a bit of pain other than that a okay.
Are u itching uncontrollably
@@Joshknowsball0 no, you should keep the area aired every once and awhile. Or it might just be healing. I would contact my doctor if it’s really irritating.
@@hunterklugh5067 thanks
You’re being Over dramatic. I had the same surgery done with local anesthesia and i didn’t feel anything like that.
Remember, every case is different. People’s bodies work differently, and so does everyone’s mind. Just as he said in the video
