Hello. Just want to say what a brilliant model railway, especially all done by yourself with no help from anyone else. I've been out of model railways for several years and yours has given me some inspiration to return to the hobby. Your scenery looks very good. Cheers, John
Excellent update with some great shots of the layout. My favorite is the grassy hill entrance to the two tunnels. very nice. The shots of the loco entering the shed and the door operating were superb.
Love the ending shot, through the engine shed. The roll up door looks quite real, and very similar to the full size (1:1 scale) ones I have installed. I really enjoy your videos, keep them coming.
Excellent update has always, the engine shed doors look and work superb in all your layout is coming on nicely.I must say very nice weathering all the best Kev.
Like the inside shot of shed, also the weathering of shell tanker no over done just right, good idea on the streeks of oil- rust from the top of shell tanker...
What great layout with fantastic realism and detail. Love the opening door and the area around. Outstanding!! Keep up the good work, Always look forward to your videos..
It's always brilliant to see a new video from you appear on my homepage! I think this has to be your best video yet, really loved the camera angles in the second part of the video, especially the ones from inside the shed! Really great work!
If your just starting out there are loads of things to consider. Make sure you have an answer for the below before you begin construction.... What model guage best suits the space you have for the layout? Where you will use the layout? Where will you store it? How big will it be? What region will you model? What era will be represented? What track plan would fit onto the baseboard? DCC or DC operation? What tools do you have?
Great update! love all the bits and pieces you done, they add tremendously to the layout. And teach us(me) a lot about scenery and set placement of structures, grasses and shrubbery. 5***** :)
Mate, this is fantastic stuff! How much have you done already! Incredible, and your standard is just super! I love the opening door, and what a job on the tanker. We will see if you have your sanity after how many more are ahead of you to weather! Your 'stacker' seems to work very well indeed. Are you using buckeye couplers on the class 60 to prevent derailing the leading wagons? Just fabulous, what else can I say! regards Nick
good vidio, looks so real when you get down whith the close shots,,how do you stop dust from collecting on your layout ,,i remember i had that problam on mine as a kid,,thanks for sharing.
Wow some really good improvements.I love what you have done with the new tmd and the weathering on that tanker is first class.but most of all I really like the loco shed automatic doors. Im jealous that your able to run trains as im dying to get some action but as I have only just started building my new layout its going to be months before I see a loco run. Also did u hand paint the yellow lines by free hand?.
Such an amzing layout with fantastic realism and detail. You must have spent a fortune on all the rolling stock you use! What type of grass did you use around the slightly hilly area where the two mainlines and branchline feed into the helix?
did it all backwards but think I did a good job 4 first time out learn how to do hillsides from u thanks 4your tips. Im lil different but It works 4 me tel me wat u think. DEUCE NY RR
Hi Richard, quick question, where did you get the light on the side of you old signal box, just had a quick look on Kyteslight, but couldn't see them. cheers Andy

Thanks Nick, all the locos are fitted with kadee couplers to stop derailments. On long trains I all add extra weight to the lead wagon.

you could put some cows on the viewing side of the branch line ?!!? it is amazing how relatively fast you have made this layout grow! it's epic.
Thanks, you can't avoid tight corners on model railways sometimes. Best thing to do is hide them.
Great job as usual u r realy good I have learned a lot from u thanks 4 always sharing DEUCE NY HOLA

Gran trabajo en tu maqueta con muy buenos detalles...!!! saludos
I have a fiddle yard on the lower deck of the layout. I park the trains in there.

Hallo, what a great layout and a lot of creativity. Still updates'?Can't wait.
Remember, a layout is never complete! You have done a lot.

VERY nice ! Congratulation !
a truly amazing layout. How do you lay so much track and get such long trains running so well? It almost makes me give up
Ah.i see ..so you basically have some lare sidings.
Only thing when u have large rakes..you need to put them somewhere.
Great shots of the engine shed i really liked them. Are you going to put white line on your road. Great video well done :-)

You've done a good job well done
Thank you for helping me
I'll be there, probably Saturday
You should have an emu, we have them alot in the ex-nse area
Go on his channel, look through his videos and you'll see one called 'track weathering'.
That was taken off when I built the new part of the layout.
Love your detailed videos. I just can't help wondering which *one* person gave it a dislike? Your mother-in-law isn't on-line is she? :)
Nice layout mate
got my tickets for warley, going subday. are you going.
I don't have one so can really comment. I know that it runs very well, but have also read that it is not as accurate as a bachmann 47.
did it all backwards but think I did a good job 4 first time out learn how to do hillsides from u thanks 4your tips. Im lil different but It works 4 me tel me wat u think. DEUCE NY RR
why nat get a steam loco and whether it up. and put in whit paint on the front last of steam?
Hi.
Just wanted to know what you do with your large rakes of coaches.
Do you keep them on the track or remove them.
Looking Good :-D

A cereal box can work. I've used that in some places.
I buy a lot of them from ehattons, they have a website you can order from.
Hi Richard, quick question, where did you get the light on the side of you old signal box, just had a quick look on Kyteslight, but couldn't see them. cheers Andy
You got any of the Peaks class locomotive im quite interesred in one
Only if they are in a sale, trains from modelzone are more expensive.

Super nice wiew !
What's the grimy stuff that u used on part of the ground for the weathered cars at the garage?
I made the lights myself using plastikard and leds.
