- Another auction at my "secret spot" and I score a nice little unit for $20. My expectations were pretty low, but I like these kind of surprises.

I know this is how you make your living and I enjoy watching your vids, but for me it is sad to know this unit belonged to a homeless man and that he has now lost his only possessions
he has probably lost a lot more than his possessions - drugs truly frakk up your life.
Take all the old phones and throw them in a bag and once you get a few lot them on Ebay as parts only Untested. Just sold some for 50 and ship with cracked screens to really old cells.
I keep finding phones in the ditch at the 90dia turn out of my subdivision I love selling them

The comments were disabled on the locker your girls did and I wanted to tell you what great kids you have. Loved the giggles and trying to be professional like their parents are. Enjoy them while you can bec before long they will be grown. I lost my youngest son 3 years ago on the 19th. Make all the memories you can to cherish.
You better check the prices on those Marvel books you might be getting alot more money glad you are taking them home. Definitely worth more i bet than $2. Yay.
We sell most of our graphic novels on Amazon. The ones we sell there are usually 15 and up plus shipping. Might be worth it to check prices and eBay them if you don't use Amazon.
Zotran is for panic attacks/ anxiety disorders. The stickers on the comics are not the original price. That is printed on the book itself.
In case you hadn't looked up the Barbie doll. Some where selling for over $55 on eBay!
for a homeless guys locker it sure was neat! Everything packed well, no real garbage (other than non sellable items _ie- wine, torn pants) but most of the items were reasonably well taken care of

I disagree ,I think the previous owner was living in it when he first got it,most likely has a drug problem.
Keep the lockers/pallets coming ,great videos , to hold your trash bags up ,get the folding frame for leaf bags and then it fold flat when not using.
Yup if you buy one you'll find one in a locker.

I think it's smart to bring a garbage can.
You should always glove up no matter what's in the unit. I have an acquaintance who contracted mrsa from her own garage. She is not a druggie and is usually very clean. She decided to clean out the garage and got a cut on her ankle. It took 6 months for her to be back to normal.
As a nurse, I shudder at the thought of re-selling some of those shoes. Not so much the clothing, which can be laundered. But, you know your target market up North, and I've caught some of your flea market sales where folks have either paid for boots, or didn't hesitate to pick up end-of-the-day freebies. So, perhaps there is someone up there who can use those better/used shoes (I still hope you tossed a couple, tho'!)
Check the batteries in that power wrench .The controls to open and close it are on the top about 3/4 of the way from the end of the wrench.
Better sell all those marvel graphic novels before the next generation of “ Marvel , diversity over quality “ ruins their value.
See if the creepy doll is still running around upstairs...never know!!

P contamination was a big thing for rental accommodation in New Zealand, costing evicted renters a lot,
the messed up inside of the shoes is caused by not wearing socks
That power wrench is also battery powered in and out but they are not expensive

Sell the books on your auctions.. separate into characters.. Thor.. Captain America.. Spiderman etc etc.. Send out using cheaper media mail.
Please look into using Pirate Mail.. please look at someone like Garage Flips on ebay uses it to sell to overseas customers.. I think its like $12.99 worldwide upto a certain weight.

Happy New Year Jack! Nice little locker for $20. Probably took you 20 minutes to clear out and load up and guaranteed you will have $150 to $250 with all those items. Congrats! I would think the graphic novels, unless otherwise researched would yield $3 to $5 at De Anza. Probably 25 to 30 dollar books when new. Have a good one my friend!
@@danielburgess7785 - Clearing it from the locker and broom swept vs. processing at his new locker. I know Jack personally and he is efficient when loading up and detailed when processing. Several stages of storage auction buying and liquidating a locker. In this case, he wanted better lighting at his new locker made sense. The amount of stuff in that locker looked to be 2-3 handtruck/cart fulls. I know the time commitment is much more than 20 minutes during processing and then selling. He obviously films it, edits and uploads which takes a lot of time and energy as well. Thank you for the compliment of me being an optimist, lol.
@@danielburgess7785 - FF = Final Filming? Not sure if that is what you meant. At 4:15 he moved items to his new huge (discounted locker) in prep. for pallet auction purchases. Latest episode today revealed that (battle between Janna and Alex, lol). He processed all the items in new locker. Normally he does do final filming back at the Nut House garage (he lives in same town I work). I have been there. Anyway, my original point was only about clearing out original locker and broom swept cleaning taking about 20 minutes. Limited stuff, limited time. The locker was not full to the brim. Not the entire process. I think you may be interpreting "clear" as all work it takes. Of course I know it takes a lot more time to do all steps. I've done estate sales with a friend and it is a time consuming activity. Communication via messaging can always be misintepreted. It's all good.
