Regullatory changes knocked out an estimated 350 crores from its Profit for the full year. Unless they come up with change in business model to increase brokerage to compensate, financials will suffer. However the price correction is steep enough and we feel it is beginning to look attractive though 30% gap is still not there to fair price.

No sir. We don't believe in one solution satisfies all principle. Portfolios are to be built based on good stocks and the opportunities that exist for each stock based on current market price. Asking everyone to buy the same basket is like discriminating the people based on time of investment. When basket performs, many people get attracted to same basket and invariably end up buying at a very high price. Instead, we follow the same process but allow the process to build customised portfolios for investors and keep advising them whenever actions are required on their stocks.

Kani akkada edo huge opportunity unnattu andaru last 1 year nunchi matladutunnaru. But last 4 quarters lo psus financials lo reflect ainda ante adi kuda ledu. Around 20-40% profits perigi undachu kani psus stock prices matram last 1 year lo 4-5 times konni 10 baggers kuda aipoyay. So can we apply ur logic to psus ? What do u say Prasad garu ?
Private and public enterprises can't operate with same consideration of return on equity. But the valuations of any stock are bound to be rerated, when factors like more freedom or absolute freedom to a few PSU stocks is on the horizon. We never attempt to find reasons for unacceptable jump in select stocks. We simply exit if fair prices are reached and move on.
