मेरा अनुभव कहता है कि फोन के हार्डवेयर पार्ट जो इंटर्नल होते हैं वो चाइना सूक्ष्म से सूक्ष्म बनाने में महारत हासिल की है।हालांकि उन्हें विकसित करने में उसने बहुत मेहनत भी की है और अब वो मैन्युअली तरीके को छोड़ के मेसिनेरी तरीके का इस्तेमाल करते हैं।इससे उसका मेटेरियल कम खपत होता है और समय की ज्यादा बचत होती है,किन्तु उत्पाद की टिकाऊपन पर असर पड़ता है।इंडिया का ज्यादातर काम मैन्युअली होता है,जिसके कारण मजदूरी उत्पाद पर ज्यादा पड़ता है।ये भी कारण एक गंभीर है मेड इन इंडिया के रास्ते में।

state Govt,s + central govt + all indian manufacturing companies must have some meetings on various topics (e.g. , "combined import" , minimising production through collaborating under one umbrella etc , trainning programmes to develop technical skills of labourers in our country , maximum utilisation of "hardware parts" of old dumped mobiles upto maximum possibility etc etc etc)!
We must Develop Indian web browsers , youtube & tik tok type of platforms etc (which can give as much parallel services ,like google , as possible and could be used throughout the world)!
Most importantly.....after sales service system should be excellent...
Can it be possible to engage Govt. Of India BEL to take a leadership, since huge capital investment needed on Chips, Batteries, Touch screen and many other components? Until BEL becomes self sufficient in manufacturing in same line as Foxconn Taiwan, until then BEL may make consolidated Procurement from Taiwan's Foxconn on a better negotiation prices. In parallel, Indian entrepreneurs may procure their needs from BEL. Well, BEL is just an example, may be some other entity of that magnitude!
