- He is a 10-year-old who unwittingly always makes trouble for Oscar Proud, he also used to have a crush on Penny Proud and Zoey Howzer. Despite his age, he is very smart. He is also constantly telling Oscar he doesn't think he should do something but despite his warnings, Oscar does it anyway and gets hurt. Usually ending with: "I told you, Mr. Proud". He is also the only person who likes Proud Snacks. He often gets Oscar into trouble. He got him electrocuted, caught by Trudy when he was about to have an affair with two pretty girls, and attacked by a giant bird. His catchphrase is "Remember what happened last time", after reminding Oscar of a last time Oscar has done something that had gotten him hurt.
I liked Peabo. He only nine years and he WAY more smarter and mature than Oscar.
To be honest, there's a lot of characters that are smarter and more mature than Oscar.
What about Bobby?
@@andresrios9855 yeah, he may be a kid at heart but he's definitely smarter and more mature than Oscar. He's more fatherly than Oscar was. I hope he actually found a nice lady who loved him and his sings and he has a kid of his own that he sings made up lullabies to.

Pebo was basically a hood Dennis the Menace.
Peabo doesn't cause trouble; he only kicks it with Oscar because his parents leave him alone too much. So Peabo is far from being like Dennis the Menace.
I'm convinced that Cree Summer has voiced a character on every single show I have ever watched during my childhood. I'm surprised she hadn't voiced a character on Dragon Ball Z.
You were a kid in the 90s, It's pretty difficult to not have run across Cree Summer and Tara Strong in cartoons. Those women are everywhere.

I liked Peebo, the niño is pretty smart. If Oscar would listen to him from time to time, he would’ve avoided getting hurt. And seriously, he’s not that bright 😂. There are some things kids know like when they know something is up, the adults should listen to the kids. For example, when kids are being abused, they tell their parents and they have to listen.
So glad Peebo came back in the reboot and has the same voice actress 😊
Lotta knowledge and wisdom for a 9 year old.
I think it also helps that he is usually in the company of an adult who isn't that smart.

This was one of the few episodes that was outsourced to a different studio. Quite a few episodes during the shows run had really smooth animation and this was one of them. Really common with late 90s-early 2000s Disney Channel shows. Another case is the Hercules series about him getting a date for the Aphrodisia Dance.
