Considering how much a Disney vacation on land is costing these days a Disney vacation at sea more and more seems the way to go.
Yeah but there’s nothing really Disney about this ship. It looks mostly like any other cruise ship, just somewhat more basic…
@user-ki6id4vt8u agreed, you're better off going on the theme parks, they offer more. If you want to go on a cruise, royal carribean offer more.
I think the ship is the way to go. It packs Disney magic, without oversaturating. All meals included many of the same products at the parks. Amazing shows, excellent quality performances without the park lines.

Very good tour of the Dream along with the calm, relaxing music that went along with it. The one thing I noticed was that all the workers had very nice smiles when you were filming. They looked very welcoming.

I really appreciate what a fantastic job you did with this video. I will be on the Disney dream this November at the New York City. It will be my ninth cruise but I have not been on the Disney dream since 2014. I forgot how lovely it is and all the upgrades since last I sailed. I don’t know how you filmed this video with hardly any guest in view, but I really appreciate it. With no guests in the shot you really get to appreciate how beautiful the spaces are. Thanks again cannot wait for my cruise!🚢🌴😎✨💫👍🏻

Hi guy's, happy Sunday. Another excellent ship tour. It sure is a beautiful ship. The ship looked empty, you must have been up VERY early. Thank you for all you do ❤❤
My family cruised on this ship in 2013. It was Myself, hubby and two grown daughters. I will say this about a Disney Cruise. The ship is gorgeous, the most beautiful I have ever seen! The food is delicious and the service through out the ship is second to none and the production level of the shows in the theater is top notch. Oh and Castaway Cay is Amazing, so much fun! With that said, I will not do another Disney Cruise for the main reason that being Disney the adult only areas on the ship are small and boring, boring. I say boring because when you are stuck in the same area day and night you feel like you are on a small ship. The adult only night clubs were always closed because not enough adults show up to bother keeping them open. When venturing out to other areas of the ship, is it crawling with kids unsupervised by their parents and they are running all over the place making a mess. The soda stations had spills all over the place, we would see kids having a soda fight. The ice cream station had it all over the counter and floor. Most of the passengers were on the rude side and not even smiling back when you said good morning. They cut lines more often than passengers on other cruise lines. The ships are 75% for kids and 25% for adults, if that. Granted I accept that as it is a Disney cruise after all. If you have small kids it is the best cruise line out there. If you are an adult only group, Norwegian and Royal Caribean are soooo much more fun because the ships have so much more for adults to do. Not to mention, they don't cost as much either so you get a lot of bang for your buck. Others might feel different than me, but this is my experience and I say for adults only go on NCL and RCCL, they are the two best IMO. There is plenty for kids to do without them owning the ship.
When on this cruise ship back in 2017 definitely miss it my whole family was young and we took a picture right in front of the Walt Disney theatre I miss them days so much and wouldn’t trade it for anything we went to Puerto Rico and the Bahamas on a 1 week cruise and it is just crazy to see how time flies

It was fantastic! The only thing I could find to complain about was the pool deck....just bc it did have a lot of stairs. It's hard for someone with bad knees etc. But it was a different and unique design none the less. Counting down until the next sail :)

I was just on the Dream in April. Loved the ship. My only issue was I kept getting turned around because "adult only" pool area was forward but "adult only" bars were aft XD.

my high school colorguard/performing pageantry group was invited to participate in the Christening event of the Disney Dream at Port Canaveral, FL. We participated in a highly silenced practice ritual for (2) full 16 hour days and then performed for a worldwide audience on Day #3. What a remarkable experience! So very happy to lend my (40) performers and my own voice of guidance to Disney's full scale production numbers on the specialty built platform that allowed for magical appearances of Disney characters and Disney officials. The things we saw and the conversations we heard were eye opening at best and we've all been held to disclaimers of silence ever since. LOL! Disney definitely knows how to coordinate large scale events! :)

My adult son and I were on the Disney dream this past October 2023. We went to Canada. The ship is immaculately kept. We ate in a different dining room every night and the food was delicious. I give it five stars across the board. Because it was October, 85% were all adults!

My wife and I are considering celebrating our 25th anniversary with our first ever cruise--but it just shifted to the new Treasure. PLEASE do a tour of the new ship as soon as you can--I love the Dream and Fantasy, and want to know if the newer, bigger ships are still as magical.
That was a great video! We’re planning a Disney cruise next year and this has answered a lot of questions. One that we did have is regarding dining. We’re likely to go as a couple. Are there tables for 2 or do you have to share? It looked like they were mostly large tables or 4 sharing

Well done, but some of us will notice that you snuck in a couple of shots from the Fantasy. 🙂 That being said, beautifully shot!!
I noticed that the night time shots of Currents was from the Fantasy which includes much more shade. I think it's a mistake they haven't added it to the Dream yet.
Still remember taking this trip back in 2012. My dad and I watched The Avengers in the theater on the ship and I’m pretty sure it wasn’t out yet. I was 13 then, now almost 25 and I would definitely go on this cruise again as an adult. And I’m actually thinking about it.
Honestly, the Dream class ships look better than the Wish:) So warm instead of cold

I just got off the Dream last week! I did love the bars compared to the smaller class ships! I think the adults only pool on the Magic is better. I really didn’t like the set up on the Dream as a kids pool is overlooking it so it’s still loud and defeats the purpose of being an adults only area 😅
We loved the food so much in the Palo that we had reservations 2x on our cruise. Sorry guys, I don't like the sound effects either on your otherwise excellent tour. We LOVE Disney!! Best cruise line imho.
Haven’t sailed on the Dream but this video brings back memories of the Magic, the Wonder and the Fantasy. Beautiful ships! Thank for this gorgeous video - Walt Disney Studios couldn’t have done as good a job as you guys.
I have been on the Wonder, Dream, and Fantasy. I wanna do the Magic and Wish then next year 2024 comes the new Treasure. They are doing something themed to Haunted Mansion(my favorite old school original ride) I’d love if it was a restaurant or even a themed rooms! I wish they would build a Haunted Mansion themed resort that would be so awesome!

These ships look so absolutely gorgeous. I just wish they werent over double what a royal Caribbean cruise on a large oasis class ship costs my family of four 😔. If i could get a 7 night disney cruise for under 4500 for all 4 of us, I'd be ALL OVER IT!

Honestly, it's worth just doing a 3 day Disney cruise if you want to budget. I totally get the price comparison bc I've been on Royal, too. We were blown away by the level of detail and service on Disney though!

I know the odds of this idea are a million to one, but do you see the possibility of “Bambi 2” playing on the Funnelvision screen by the outdoor pool on a future Disney Cruise? If so, do you think it could have been a possible idea for a Disney movie that maybe could have been made in the early 1990s in lieu of “The Rescuers Down Under”? Let me know what your opinion is!
