Lee was rolling along well until the whammy decided to come back and troll him. Following his $23,022 victory, he had went 9 spins without a whammy, and including this, 9 more. Combined, he went 18 spins without a whammy, and it was fortunate that it came at a bad time for him, just when he had a good rhythm and closing on overtaking Debbie. This game felt like it could have gone either way, considering that at one point, everybody was in 5 figures. Dennis got lucky considering that Debbie could have passed her last spin to him and hope he whammied. What a bizarre ending to this.
You're the best, MBK :) I would also appreciate if you don't mind uploading the previous episode as well - it's already on YT but in only fair quality - and your uploads are always impeccable quality :) thanks!!
Note the transition from flashback intros to current episode. It's a dissolve effect, instead of a boxed-zoom-in one. I actually kinda like this effect. Not sure why it was never used again.
@@chuckschillingvideos You are probably right 👍. Back then, (1983-1986) they probably looked at women for that reason to be on the show. You do have a great point. Thanks 👍.
Both of them should have passed their last spins to Dennis. He could have whammied probably. They basically gave him the easiest path to victory.
Debbie definitely should've passed but there's no point in Lee passing, he never got out of 3rd place. Even though he "likes Debbie" he had to play.

I want Debbie's button! "Go For It."
I always like it whenever all 3 players are in 5 figures.
RIP Peter Tamarkin
Press Your Luck is my future.
Dude got so lucky....they NEVER passed any extra spins to him

11:44 Peter: "Stop at Pick a Corner, $1,400, African Safari, or the Virgin islands." Dennis: "African Safari, yeah!"
This was an exciting game. Thanks to Debbie, Dennis, and Lee. And of course Peter.
Three people in the audience dancing with Debbie during the Supreme whammy intro.
This is the episode where Dennis wins an African Safari!
Wow! That Debbie; she's such a shy, retiring sort. Somebody cheer her up and help her get excited about this game. Holy moly, she can scream.
Do you have Lee's win?

@Mckinley Eisler That's fortune teller whammy.
You don't want four whammies because you would be history.
I find Dennis very unlikeable. Was hoping one of the other contestants would win!
Debbie sure is cute.
I'm sure that helps getting on the show...
