Zucchini Bread Recipes | Two Ways: Sweet American vs Salty Cheesy French

Here are two easy and quick zucchini bread recipe depending on your taste. One sweet and one salty and cheesy. Both healthy and delicious!
The recipes are below.
American sweet recipe:
2 cups all purpose flour
1 ½ cups sugar
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
3 large eggs
2 cups zucchini grated/shredded
¾ cup vegetable oil
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 ½ cups walnuts chopped
French salty cake recipe
2 oeufs - 2 eggs
170 g de farine - flour
1 sachet de levure chimique - 1 tsp baking soda
10 cl de lait - milk
5 cl d'huile - oil
200 g de courgettes - zucchini
100 g de crottin de chèvre - goat cheese
herbes fraîches (coriandre, menthe, basilic) - I used parsley here but you could use cilantro, basil or others.

That zucchini is way too large. It should have been picked much sooner.
