On Americas got tallent the people are all residents of the us. There's shows for other countries Britain Russia Japan etc and they're competitors all live in the respective country
Define hard. Hard to do tricks? Hard to master? Hard to do tricks that can win a competition? At least for the first one, it really isn't as besides 2A, 4A is the simplest style and unlike 2A, it doesn't require a lot of practice to get the basics down. As far as the next two go, 1A can actually be the hardest due to the sheer amount of tricks, elements, and how developed the style is as a whole.
