To be fair, my understanding of “passive income” is not that you were given it, but more that you have accumulated it over time and are now living off your savings and investments/passive businesses - as in you don’t have to work a day job in the traditional sense.
This would describe me, living off investments and an early taken pension.

I been a long time viewer of your channel. I love watches. The Omega video got me hooked on your channel. You said you don’t invest in the market. Big mistake . You said your friend made $50K and lost 100K. The S&P 500 is up over 20% year to date. The market has gone up for the last eleven years. Thing is that most people don’t realize investors stay in the market and rarely sell everything. You don’t lose anything if you don’t sell. Just buy and hold. Over the long run a conservative index fund will outperform any other investment. Keep in mind if you don’t sell you haven’t lost anything. Good luck 🍀. Keep up the good work. You are a smart guy. Look at the numbers from 2008. See how much the market lost. Then see how much the markets recovered and how much money percentage wise it went up if you didn’t sell. It’s all about percentages. And investor buys and holds. You are aware that some stocks, most pay a quarterly dividend. Take that money and use it for food and rent. Just keep the principal amount.

Do what you are efficient at to make money. Then use that money to fund your hobby.

Enjoyable as always. Couple of points on the wine - Valbuena 5 is made every vintage but from the younger vines on the Vega Sicilia estate and mainly (95%) from Tinto Fino/Tempranillo. On the malo-lactic fermentaion (MLF) where malic (apple) acids are turned into lactic (softer milk style) acids - virtually all red wines have a MLF and they need it to create savoury creamy elements in the wine. It occurs naturally in spring when the weather warms up but these days winemakers control it and consider it essential. It is aromatic white wines such as say Alsace or German Riesling and Gewurztraminer that avoid the MLF - most Chardonnay gets at least a bit of MLF and it is beneficial unless done clumsily. On Spanish wines, besides the classic Riberas and Riojas, can I recommend some of the following - Mencía from Bierzo and parts of Galicia, the Monastrell wines of Alicante, Yecla and Jumilla, the Bobal's of Utiel-Requenna, the Carineña and Garnacha wines of Priorat, Montsant and Penedès, the extraordinary Godellos of Valdeorras (esp. from Rafael Palacios), the floral herbal Verdejo's of Rueda, the peaches and salt Albariños of Rias Baixas, the creamy subtle Xarel-lo's of Penedès, the Chardonnays of Navarra (yes really), the wonder that is Sherry from (dry) Amontillado and Oloroso to the joys of Fino and Manzanilla and finally the Corpinnat (formerly Cava) from producers like Gramona, Recaredo and Llopart.

Really interesting points made in this video. Lots of potency! Driving a Rolls Royce and no one lets you out of junctions and get the horn (beep beep one) all the time from other drivers. AND, all for no reason! The punch *is* IMHO always upwards! (99.9% of time). I appreciate all cars. The only time I look down on a driver is when I’m in a car that rides higher! 👍 thanks for video 👍😎
I learned a lot from this video (nothing to do with watches- which ja great). Got me thinking a lot about a lot. So thanks, dude 👍

Just add. It is super important to have a backdrop to topic or products and you have chosen a great place, Europe, to showcase your passions. Good channel!!
And no passive income is NOT trust fund baby money; your money, albeit little, was earned, your money from CZcams is earned. Money from royalties is passive, money from the CZcams library views would be Passive.
You have a business that if it pay salary is earned and leftover profits from the business would be passive. Investments would be passive or assets in real estate that leave you income would be passive vs active.
Don’t really care where you make your money but you sure know how to spend it well on a quality lifestyle. Sure miss some of the lifestyle videos. Watches are cool but the wine, whiskey, girls like Karissa are fun too.
Keep up the passion. Great music bytheway!

Oisin, you are a filmmaker with extraordinary talent. Your review and analysis of Interstellar was superb. Thanks so much for the content and for all that you do.

Hey. Not sure if you will see this, I saw you arguing your point on another watch channel. You are an interesting person to listen to and not what I expected from that world. Loved the scenery, reminded me of the Dalmatian coastline and cities of Croatia. The piano at the end of your video as you leave town got me. Can you tell me who it is….. Hope you make your movie… S.

Venice is so damn cool ... Amazed that such stunningly beautiful building is being left to wreck and ruin ..Quite simply it has to be saved .

A gorgeous understated watch. Great video, thought it was a bite rude people asking you where you get your money. Who cares where you get your money, you make great quality content 👍🍷
