Thanks Sir… Amazing effort put by both of you as a parents. My child autistic score is 31. He is 2.5 years old. Therapy OT started from 2 years and now he has achieved Is milestone like good eye contact, good name response, pointing started, understand simple instructions like sit down or let’s go park or get your shoes. He says Alphabet, numbers, colours, body parts and animal voice. He does imitation and dancing also. His hitting scratching hair pulling habit and biting has increased as he has no words. He daily hits everyone. What to do.. already going for speech therapy.

Your hardwork and love is paying off.
Don't worry, we also faced this issue of hitting and hair pulling for some time....this is what helped us, do try these things.
1) Massage his finger joints a couple of times each day...we showed the technique in one of our previous videos ( where we spoke about hyperactivity and diet)
2) Whenever he hits anyone, hold his hand firmly and say in a firm voice "NO Hitting" a couple of times.
Never hit the child or get angry on him.
3) Discuss this issue with OT, this might be happening because child's fingers and hands feel the need of certain amount of pressure.
4) Share social stories about how to be with peers and other children.

I am following your channel and I consulted a child psychologist and got the screening done.
She shared the score (32).
Although she gave us the prescription writing the baby is hyperactive. Another thing she wrote that he may be mild autistic.My boy does not have any sensory issues. He socialises well. He is emotionally connected with us. He started his playschool and within 5 days he adjusted to the routine. He doesn't imitate, wave goodbye and he responds a bit less to his name. Please share how I should proceed further...
I have limited the screen time ( never knew it is causing trouble)purchased the toys to enhance concentration.
His sitting is less and attention span is less.
Please share your valuable suggestions.

Wo hitting ni krta jin logo ko janta h unse eye contact b krta h. But uski ek problem h jisse hum bhut preshan h wo apne hand m bitting krta h jb b jada excited hota h and khush hota h to bitting start kr deta h. Doctor se pucho to wo khte h iski habbit bn gyi h. Dhire dhire bhul jayega ise tokte rho . But koi frk ni h kitni pitayi khata h but koi effect ni h pls help what should I do for this bitting habbit. 🙏

You didnot share about the vocabulary, comprehension and speech part. Pls share.
For general social dialogues and actions like bye / hand shake/ greetings etc, try role playing with your child where you or any other child at home portrays the apt actions and behaviours, teach through imitation.

Sir my baby is 2.6 yrs she does not speak sentce but she say alphabet all numbers all but she does not do eye contact n when i call her name she dont respond n if she wahnt some thing like water she she bring glass or she peak my hand n want to take me but she plays nicely but she watch tv n sats evey nursery rymes .i dont understand she is hyper active she jump n play she runs a lot

Aap kisi child psychologist se milain jald hi, shayad dar ki wajah se shock main ho bachhi...saath he saath, screen time reduce karain taki vo virtual world se bahar nikle or aapke saath time spend karna shuru karain.

Your child seems to be an audio visual learner like our son.
Sainyam ke saath bhi same issue tha, then humne ye do kaam kiye.
1) saare family members ki alag alag video record ki uska naam bulate hue and use TV ya computer pe play Kiya...isse usne apne naam pe respond karna shuru kiya.
2) Sath main humne sab family members ki pics ke prints nikal kar uske flashcards banaye and usse use relation samjhana shuru kiya.
3) Humne ek elearning game banaya, specifically Sainyam ke liye, jisse usne apne relatives ko by face and by sound pehchanna bahut jaldi shuru kar diya. ( Is mail id pe call kar sakte ho aap, agar aap customized game ke bare main or Janna chahain ya banwana chahain to

Mera Beta 27 months ka hai pehle normal tha aur proper respnd bhi de raha tha magar jub se screen time start hua tohh aahista aahista baat karna aur respond karna kum kardiya hai, din main 6-7 hours screen timing thi. Jab se screen off kardi hai tab se thorra Respond Karta hai 10 bar naam pukarne par respond karta hai aur pointing nahe karta hai.
