When you consider they were missing 4 key players, had no striker, had to deal with extreme financial disadvantages and the loss of two club legends who were still actively involved in the club, it’s an incredible achievement. Especially when you consider 9 years ago they were in the 4th tier of Scottish Football, now their in a European final on their 150th anniversary. You could write a book about this story!

@@johnmoffat5782 I like to watch real football, not personalities with diva behavior on the pitch who draw out fouls and things like that. Players act like celebrities rather than fight for the club and give up far too easily. With Rangers, it's nothing but fight and heart which reminds me of my youth games. I'll definitely watch the finals and hope Rangers takes the win, even if just for the upset it makes and because it'll be good for Scottish football.

I have been looking at Eintracht Frankfurt's Bundesliga stats for the season.
They are mid-table, 11th place right now.
I believe that Rangers can go to Seville and win the UEFA Europa League trophy this season.

Anyway, I don't really look back. What's done is done, there ain't nothing anyone can do to change it.
But in terms of this game in Seville in about 10 days time the positives that we can certainly take is that Rangers have already beaten not only the 5th best team (RB Leipzig) in the current Bundesliga table but also the 2nd best (Borussia Dortmund) just behind the great Bayern Munich.
Although that doesn't really mean all that much come the night of the 18th when the two sides meet it is much more relevant than a statistic from Lord knows when.
So, I suggest that you take your hard-boiled hatred that you clearly harbour and go sleep it off somewhere.

Hope Gers' do one better than what their eternal rivals did in Seville (circa 2003 ). Nonetheless, it has been a terrific, unforgettable run to the final. Hopefully, next season, they would be part of the group stage of the UCL.

I have got a ticket, only 1 but who cares. Red hot here in Seville, Rangers everywhere with the odd posse of Frankfurt. Ive been offered 700 euro for my ticket but no means no. Tickets now i think are a grand each if you can find them. UEFA was doing a ticket lottery i know that. Winners drawn at random. I only got it cause my partner whos spanish has family whom work at the stadium lol. If the match was anywhere else i wouldnt be going. CMON RANGERS,CHELSEA.
