As a newbie on the scooter market I stumbled on your channel. Like the reviews and your enthusiasm, on both the english and Portuguese channels. Considering either a pcx or, thanks to you, this Sym. Probably going to rent a 125cc first, since I have some doubts if I will fit properly with my 196cm height. Hope it works out, since the next step up to 300cc feels like getting closer to a motorcycle, and a different price range. Also like very much the Peugeot you tested.

I've had great experience with a lot of Syms over the years, but they just got very marked up in prices in my country unfortunately.
If a Yamaha Nmax and the Jet X were the same price(like a 100€ difference), I should go with the Yamaha right?

Thank you for a good review. I am strongly considering this scooter. I really like the design and the features. I come from a Daelim S2 which worked well for me (1m88, 95kg) with a passenger. So my only doubt is about the quality of ride with a passenger onboard. On the negative side are little space (only one helmet) under the seat and the central column. The price seems ok.
Thx for watching, ride with pillion should be good, scooter is on top hp for a 125cc. Like you said the minus is the storag space under seat, but a topbox solves that. Ride Safe

Great review. And looking at this seriously. I've owned a PCX and people say about the underseat storage. On the PCX it was shocking I couldn't get seat to close with helmet under it so fitted a top box. Which I fit to all my scooters. And SYM offer a full 5 years warranty. None of the others have that much faith in there machines. I ride a 2019 SYM Jet 14 125. With touring screen and a top box. I like the look of the X I'll be buying one for sure fit that top box and screen that'll be me sorted for years 👍 👍 👍. Plus huge fan of the keyless and alarm as standard as bike crime sucks globally.

very complete review, but wich one you will choose between Honda PCX 125 Yamaha nmax 125 or this one Sym Jet X 125 in Switzerland price is similar, talking about confort and security.and practicity thanks a lot
hi, SYM, i think its the best of the 3 in confort/suspension. other have BT for phone connection and traction control, but this one has ABS front and rear. Storage under seat PCX win but still only 1 helmet. there are lots of point to talk about them. in the end my choice would be the SYM. ride safe

hi, ths SYM is more then enougth for the everyday user, it has all the specs as teh top brands with less price. on no Bluetooth or Traction control but still good scooter. ride safe

hi, thx for watching my channel, JETX in my opinion better quality even if the wheels are smaller you have good suspensions. power and brakes on the 125cc are almos the same, as long it has 15cv go for it. 10 or 11cv dont buy. Ride Safe

hi my friend, im 93 kg and it managed well, i dont see why extra 20kg will make a difference :) the durability i cannot talk about since its a new model., but SYM bikes are very reliable. i personally had a SYM GTS that lasted long time. ride safe

@@tsigkannakis hi, a 185cc is always better them a 125cc especially for tall and heavy person. in middle of traffic riding slow speed bouth good, but if you need to ride on highway of some place where you need more speed the 125 will make ypou go crazy after a few months. ride safe

How to turn off the alarm? It is the only bad thing because it always beeps 3 times when i turn off the engine even though the scooter is still not locked. The silent alarm is not much help because you have to press it every time
did you find a solution to turn it off?
I got it today, but do you know maybe is there any solution to switch off this lock unlock sound, or maybe service guys can handle that, every time i get of the motorcycle that 3x bip sound kills me

hi, as you can see there is some protection, but mostly for the legs, windscreen to small for chest protection. and yes it can ride on cold days no problem, just get a good wet suit. ride safe

I have had my sym jet x 125cc now 2months I've but 700 miles on the bike I love it yet I like the honda forza and the pcx but the sym jet x was a better option for me I know its a windy on the front but you can get a extra screen for it I love my sym jet x

hi, i would go SYM, ABS front and Rear, PCX was BT and Traction control but that rear drum brake kills me in 2021

Pcx and nmax also have the fuel deposit in the middle and have more storage under the seat.

Hi, yes very similar, the has bit more power and ABS on front and rear. Then loses on storage, no BT, no Start/Stop and no Traction Control. Ride Safe

hi, they are not even similar except the fact they have to wheels :) one is a scooter, automatic, confortable, storage space and the other is a "normal" bike with manual gear, no wind protection and rear drum brake. its going to depend on what is your need for a 125cc bike. for my for my everyday use i will always go for the scooter, buy if i was a delivery boy i would go for the CB125F. i would need more info in order to try to help you. ride safe

OK here you pay the key less and abs nothing else, I agree Honda have better quality better tyres and assembly, but not for this price.... I believe for 125cc.... 2500euros it's the pick you can buy a scooter or a moped or a small motorcycle... I m owner of a Yamaha 660Xtr for trips to beaches and villages and for my town(Thessaloniki 🇬🇷) I bought before 5 months a new 125cc smartmotion liquid cooled an excellent scooter from Peugeot speedfight 4 only for 1990 cash... Peugeot Greece gives this winter all models less prices and I bought it 400euro cheaper.....and the scooter it's a very good quality made, very good tyres, perfect suspension, perfect engine, excellent brakes not abs, Peugeot call it synchro brakes system but the quality of braking are perfect... 1990 price for a scooter made for town....

@@The_Arby in European union all the scooters are same, 2021 Euro5....the prices are different yes but not for all brands, in Greece the prices its OK, the majority of brands make good deals because millions of people have motos, scooters and moped..
