- since the last Sunday is falling out and I can't make a Video this combination will be interest. I start with a silver one Minidisc Recorder and this will end up in a other machine! Wow! I still have (and use) one of these machines - excellent sounding pieces of equipment!
Tip for silver. This symptom is when procesor have problems with communication with BD board under mechanism.
Original battery is rechargeable! And it's charge when unit is in AC.
That’s right the original one is rechargeable, surly it’s not good practice to replace with non chargeable

We've had a repair-service in 1996 - 1997 then later I run a company but today I'm disability retired. It is not legal to run a business if you're in disability Pension. There is no shop or any service available here and I do not repair anymore. This Video was made first for fun then for the YPP (CZcams Partner Program) till the payout time come and then my Passport was not accept from the IRS (Finance Administration) for the ITIN (Individual Taxpayer Identification Number) - so CZcams need this ITIN number to pay out but the IRS don't accept my Passport. Now I stop to make my Videos. I think CZcams have there company in Irland and this is in Europe but they don't want to pay out in case of there US law situation.

isn't that battery rechargeble??? I think you replaced a rechargeble baterry for a non rechargeble for no reason.....
yes ist is a rechargeble Battery vom Panasonic Type VL 2020 3V 20mAh. It should be replaced with the same Type. It is still available
@oge9271 or maybe it was just discharged for not being used, and does not need to be replaced...
@bisonte you are probably right, but most likely the cell is dead and does not accept any charge

Привет из Вены! Спасибо за ваш комментарий. Да, пайки почти на всех конденсаторах сломаны, так оно и есть. Тем временем я обнаружил, что гибкий кабель под лазером неисправен. Диск 1 уже снова заработал, и рекордер Silver Minidisc воспроизводит. Но частота ошибок настолько высока, что постоянно видит около 400 ошибок, хотя у черного с диском 2 от серебряного частота ошибок в районе 28 - 40. Так что просто замените конденсаторы вокруг блока питания, их 5 штук. Спасибо за просмотр. weakbit
