Inspired by watching boring Transformers action figure reviews, the ShartimusPrime youtube channel was launched in 2008. Engaging the audience with an edgy sense of humor while maintaining appropriate language for all ages, action figure collecting has never been this fun, and videos are posted daily! Unexpectedly, the channel became more popular for Marvel Legends reviews and Spider-Man, Avengers, and X-Men collection display videos. After a few years, the channel has branched out to review other figure properties aside from Marvel Legends and G1 Transformers Masterpiece. Hot Toys, Star Wars, Diamond Select Toys, DC Collectibles, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Dragon Ball Z, Attack on Titan, Godzilla, Evil Dead, and The Walking Dead toy lines have all been added to the roster of nearly 2,000 video reviews. Japanese import figures from SH Figuarts, Bandai, Figma, Square Enix, and Medicom MAFEX have been favorites as well. More recently, Kotobukiya Statues (including the very sexy Bishoujo line) and NECA Toys have become more prevalent on the channel. Being a big fan of movies such as Spider-Man, Batman, X-Men, Iron Man, Captain America, The Avengers, Evil Dead, Pacific Rim, Aliens, and other films has lead the channel in the direction of also reviewing movies, movie trailers, blu ray releases, and tv shows. News updates for 2016 releases and beyond are also posted. Audience engagement is a big part of this channel, with giveaways and fan mail being read publicly once a week in the PO Box Pick-Up videos. Impressive “Shart-Art” is shared via social media and included in the opening theme song. The audience is also kept up to date with any changes to the channel, along with recent comic book pick-ups, unboxings, and action figure hauls. Stop-motion segments punishing the popular meme of the Big Time Let Down Spider-Man close most of the comparison segments, and are compiled together for guaranteed access to patrons. Lastly, all figure reviews close with a slideshow featuring dynamic poses of the figure inspired by ACBA, with the added bonus of music performed and recorded by ShartimusPrime himself.
I really liked the idea of Crossbones in the movie but it as a shame he was taken out so easily. I hope we get more regular guy villains just using scavenged tech in the MCU. I dig how his suit is sort of a pseudo exo skeleton

You can use the knife that goes in the juggernaut wave Deadpool’s boot and it fits in the gauntlet

Honestly, I liked my Captain America a lot. Granted I think my helmeted head of Cap came out perfect. I would have liked the newer body mold but I think we're going to get one for Infinity War pt2. Call it a hunch.

This review 100% turned me around on this set. I wasn't planning on getting it because I didn't really think Crossbones was someone I needed a figure of, and the Cap wouldn't fit in with the figures in my MCU collection, which are all Infinity War figures. I was actually planning on getting the SH Figuarts IW Cap, but this Cap looks so much better and the Crossbones is awesome looking!

If you have the walgreens Punisher figure, the unmasked Crossbones head will fit and it makes a decent custom Jigsaw figure. The head is a little small, but it still works out pretty good.

Great review! Those head sculpts do look fantastic.. I feel the pink on the scars is a little bit much compared to the on screen look for Frank Grillo's makeup, easily forgivable though.. Also, hinging Crossbones hands up so they grip the gauntlet handles (where the gap in the hand is) would make them a lot easier to put on.
I am so gonna use that Chris Evans head for my "flame off" Human Torch. It's just gonna be a Mr. Fantastic body with Chris Evans' head. I thought about using the Ben Riley head from the Scarlet Spider figure, but this head will work much better.

Just A Common Fan, they really need to make a new cap body mold, a more muscular one. They should make a 10 year anniversary captain America:the winter soldier 2 pack that comes w cap from the end of the movie w his throwback suit on and he’s comes w an up dated winter soldier or falcon. That’d be awesome. You should pick up the sh figuarts infinity war cap, so good.

Hey Shartimus forgive me if I am wrong, but I’ve been comparing shields and I actually think this is a new shield mold for Cap. I have both the Civil War 3-pack cap and Giant Man wave cap and the shield on this 2-pack seems like its thinner and the way the star is divided is flatter than in the past. Also this is easily the most metallic paint apps for the shield I’ve seen.
I'm digging the new Cap head sculpts and I am loving this Crossbones! I gotta have it! I was at my local Gamestop today and checked out the Ronin and the Ant-man and Yellow-jacket and the new Scott Lang head sculpt looks better too. Yellow-jacket looked so awesome! I really wanted it but couldn't swing it right now. Hopefully in the near future though.

Pretty sure that’s a new shield sculpt. It’s much thinner, the detail on the underside is different, and the straps have new detail.
The unmasked crossbones head sculpt is going to be used as a Billy Russo custom to fit whith my punisher display

I love the Captain America Action Figure from this set he's a movie accurate reparation of Captain America and he looks just like Chris Evans and I love the Crossbones Figure because we finally have a MCU Crossbones Figure
TalkerArt just buys 2 so he can display both heads Shart but he does have wayyyyy more shelf space!!! Frank Grillo plays Crossbones!!! Just unboxed mine and no problems with my Cap at all. His helmet was perfect, eyes perfectly displayed and centered!!! No adjustments necessary!! Crossbones is badass Shartimus definitely the bonus to this 2 pack!!! So far I have gotten all my MCU 10 years from Gamestop to include Cap and Xbones, Sif and Thor, Ant-Man and Yellow jacket, Red Skull, Ronan, and Mark VII Iron-Man! Guess I got lucky! Shart their not going to use the Infinity War Cap body for a Civil War fig man so we are probably going to see a lot of re-used stuff but much better paint and apps for the 10 year figs!
We finally get a MCU Crossbones and I gotta admit that the Crossbones super cool and The cap has better paint abs than the Marvel legends cap

The gauntlets make me hope that at some point we might get the Shocker from Spider-Man Homecoming
I picked up this set and the Ant-Man and Yellow Jacket set and they were all amazing figures and I had so much fun posing and even playing with them a bit

Idk if this will work but try and heat caps masked head sculpt to where u can pull off the mask. Hopefully once u pull it off u can find the problem. Idk just a suggestion

The star on this shield is more accurate than the others and doesn' stick out like the others. Alao, Shartimus, when you review the SDCC Defenders excluve. When you review iron fist please see if you can interchange his hands with the captain america infinity war fists for regular fisted hands for iron fist

Oh yeah I almost forgot, if you have the Walmart exclusive Bucky/Wintersoldier the Kabar knife that comes with him should fit in the gauntlet. I think the one that comes withe the Man-thing BAF Bullseye is the same too.
That XBones is the closest we got to a GI Joe until they re booted them... wonder if this helped inspire them.
The avengers logo on my capt's right arm is the wrong color combo. The circle is silver and the A is red. Anyone else with the same issue?

The gloves fit great on mine. Sometimes you switch the gloves because they are on the wrong hands.

tbh a little disappointed in how that Cap's head sculpts came out. The hair is weird on the unmasked one, likeness on point, but still weird hair. The helmeted head of course has the helmet riding really high on his face. They could look better with some minor customizing I guess
In reality, a vest like that would severely hamper his chest movement. Take it from one who has wore body armor, they can be difficult to move in.
